NOTIFICATION

On the recommendations of the Departmental PromotionCommittee, the Governor, Himachal Pradesh is pleased to order promotion ofSh. Bheem Singh Thakur, Executive Engineer to the post of SuperintendingEngineer (Civil), (Class-I Gazetted) in the Pay Band ofRs. 37,400-67,0001-+Rs. 8,7001-Grade Pay on regular basis with immediate effect.

The above Officer shall exercise his option for fixation ofpay under the provisions ofFR-22 within a period of one month from the dateof issue of this order.

The promotion of the officer shall be subject to finaloutcomes of the review DPC for promotion to the post of Executive Engineerand the following pending CWPs/OAs/TAs:-

1. CWP NO. 3258 of 2008 titled as S.S.Kuthlehria & others Vs State of HP& othersand LPA No. 65 of 2009 titles Nathu RamSharma Vs Bikram Singh Mehta & Ors andother similar petitions.

2. O.A. No. 3318 of 2018 titled Virender SinghThakur & Others Vs State ofHP & others.

3. O.A NO. 6442 of 2017 titled Surender Kumar& Others Vs State ofH.P &Others.

4. T.A. No. 4063 of 2015-CWP No. 6505 of 2014titled Divya Darshan Mishra Vs State ofHPI

5. T.A. No. 4062 of 2015-CWP No. 6504 of 2014titled Daler Singh Vs State of HP & others.

The Governor, Himachal Pradesh is further pleasedto order the posting of Sh. Bheem Singh Thakur, SuperintendingEngineer at IPH Circle, Reckong Peo, Distt. Kinnaur, HP withimmediate effect, in the public interest.

The officer shall submit his charges report ofrelinquishment and assumption to the Department within a week timepositively failing which the promotion orders will be withdrawn.
