REGULATIONS IN RESPECT OF THE SINGLE MAXIMUM NATIONAL

RETAIL PRICE FOR ILLUMINATING PARAFFIN

1. I, Mr. Dikobe Ben Martins, Minister of Energy, under section 2(1)(c) of the Petroleum Products

Act, 1977 (Act No. 120 of 1977), determine that a maximum retail price for Illuminating

Paraffin (excluding the price of any form of packaging) will become effective on the first

Wednesday of each month.

2. The maximum retail price for illuminating paraffin, excluding the price of any form of

Packaging for the period 02 October 2013 to 05 November 2013 will be 1268.0 c /I.

Commencement

These regulations shall come into operation at 00:01 on 02 October 2013.

AMENDMENT OF THE REGULATIONS IN RESPECT OF PETROLEUM PRODUCTS

The Minister of Energy has, under section 2 (1) (c) of the Petroleum Products Act, 1977(Act No. 120 of 1977), made the regulations set out in the Schedule.

SCHEDULE

Definitions

In these regulations "the Regulations" mean the regulations published by GovernmentNotice No. R.661 of 03 September 2013

The following regulation is hereby substituted for regulation 3 of the Regulations
