PURSUANT to the provisions of Section 8 of the Geographical Names Act 1966 the Geographical Names Board hereby notifies that it proposes to assign the following names on the Sydney Metro City and Southwest railway links
Barangaroo Railway Station for a railway station located beneath Hickson Street near Munn Street in the suburb of Barangaroo City of Sydney Local Government Area
Crows Nest Railway Station for a railway station located between Pacific Highway Oxley Street and Clarke Lane in the suburb of Crows Nest North Sydney Local Government Area
Victoria Cross Railway Station for a railway station located beneath Miller Street near the intersection of Miller Street and Berry Street in the suburb of North Sydney in North Sydney Local Government Area
Waterloo Railway Station for a railway station bounded by Botany Road Cope Street Raglan Street and Wellington Street in the suburb of Waterloo City of Sydney Local Government Area
The position and extent for these features is recorded and shown within the Geographical Names Register of New South Wales The proposal can be viewed and submissions lodged on the Geographical Names Board website at wwwgnbnswgovau from 2 October to 2 November 2020 Alternatively written submissions mailed to 346 Panorama Ave Bathurst NSW 2795

Sections 15(2)(g) and 607(3) of the Co-operatives National Law (NSW)
In the notice published in NSW Government Gazette No 101 of 22 May 2020 reference
number n2020-1458 (Approval Notice) I made approvals for the purpose of Part 54 of the
Corporations Act 2001 of the Commonwealth as applied to co-operatives in New South
Wales by section 444 of the Co-operatives National Law (NSW)
Paragraph 3 of the Approval Notice stated that the approvals in paragraphs 1(a) and 1(b) of
the Approval Notice were to expire on 25 September 2020
I Rosemary Ann Webb Registrar of Co-operatives hereby amend the approvals made by
me in the Approval Notice by omitting paragraph 3 and replacing it with the following
paragraph
3 Expiry
The approvals in paragraphs 1(a) and 1(b) of the Approval Notice expire on 31
December 2020 but continue to apply to statutory demands that are served on co-
operatives in New South Wales before 31 December 2020
