3 Definitions
In this order
the Act means the Fisheries Management Act 1994
the Regulation means the Fisheries Management (General) Regulation 2019

(1) The possession limit in this order applies to any person in any waters
(2) Notwithstanding Table 1 in clause 6 of the Regulation a possession limit of zero is
imposed for Blue Swimmer Crabs (Portunus armatus) with a measurement of less
than 65 cm

2 Commencement and duration
This notification commences on 30 April 2021 and will remain in force for 5 years
3 Definitions
In this notification
Class A yabby and carp endorsement (transferable) has the same meaning as in clause 156 of the Regulation
Class A yabby and carp endorsement holder means the holder of a commercial fishing licence that has a Class A yabby and carp endorsement (transferable)
inland waters means waters not subject to tidal influence
the Act means the Fisheries Management Act 1994
the Regulation means the Fisheries Management (General) Regulation 2019
yabby trap means a trap designed for taking yabbies that complies with the description in the table to clause 41 of the Regulation

2 Commencement and duration
This order commences on 30 April 2021 and will remain in force for 5 years
3 Definitions
In this order
the Act means the Fisheries Management Act 1994
the Regulation means the Fisheries Management (General) Regulation 2019

(1) The possession limit in this order applies to any person in any waters
(2) Notwithstanding Table 1 in clause 6 of the Regulation a possession limit of zero is
imposed for Blue Swimmer Crabs (Portunus armatus) with a measurement of less
than 65 cm

3 Definitions
In this notification
Class A yabby and carp endorsement (transferable) has the same meaning as in clause 156 of the Regulation
Class A yabby and carp endorsement holder means the holder of a commercial fishing licence that has a Class A yabby and carp endorsement (transferable)
inland waters means waters not subject to tidal influence
the Act means the Fisheries Management Act 1994
the Regulation means the Fisheries Management (General) Regulation 2019
yabby trap means a trap designed for taking yabbies that complies with the description in the table to clause 41 of the Regulation
