Industrial Visit Report
INFOSYS CAMPUS, MYSORE
On 05.09.2015 the students of Commerce and Management from 5th Semester
B.Com., & B.B.M., had been to Infosys Campus Mysore.
Introduction :
We reached the campus by 10.30 A.M. and had a break. We logged into the campus,
after the security check at 11.00 A.M. We are accompanied by Shivakumar, The Resource
Person of Infosys. We were taken tour around the campus which was around 357
acres. It was a vast campus.
The resource person gave a brief about the campus regards
Software development block.
Social economic zone.
Global education centre.
Amphitheatre.
Athletic ground.
Multiplex.
Recreation centre.
Rain water harvesting lakes.
Guest house.
We visited all the above by walk only. The maintenance of the campus was very
good and hygiene. We are allowed to walk only on footpaths and zebra-crossing but we are
not supposed to step on the lawns. Coming to the enjoyment part, we had fun filled
throughout the journey and we reached the college campus back by 8.30 P.M.
At the end of the day we had a good experience and learnt many things from the
visit.
We thank Principal, H.O.D., Department of Commerce & Management and the entire
faculty supported to the industrial trip.

Industrial Visit Report for the 2016-17
K.S.I.C., MYSORE
On 15.09.2016 the students of Commerce and Management from 5th Semester
B.Com., & B.B.M., had been to K.S.I.C., Mysore.
We reached the campus by 12.45 P. M. and had a break. We entered into the
K.S.I.C. , after the security check at 01.00 P.M. We are accompanied by KSIC Resource
Person. we were taken tour around KSIC.
The silk weaving factory in Mysore presently owned by KSIC was established in
the year 1912 by the Maharaja of Mysore provenance.
Brief of the Product :
KSIC is the only organization in the country commanding the entire gamut of silk
production right from reeling of cocoons to the weaving of pure silk fabric of various shades
and designs, all under one roof. KSIC uses only high quality pure natural silk and 100 % pure.
The very never tarnish and will look fresh even over a long period of usage. KSIC is
the only organization to give guarantee for its Zari saree in the form of embroidered code
No. which is unique to each saree.
At the end of the day we had a good experience and learnt many things from the
visit to KSIC.

Industrial Visit Report for the 2018-19
KMF, TUMAKURU On 06.03.2019 the students of Management from 6th Semester B.B.M., had been
to KMF, TUMAKURU.
The Tumakuru district famous for historical temples and education institutions is
known for its coconut, a major commercial crop apart from groundnut, adapting Dairying as
one of the main occupations with initiation of Dairy activities in 1975 today has more than
11197 functioning DCS covering 10 taluks.
The Union which established 60 TLPD dairy at Mallasandra was expanded to 1 LLPD
and subsequently in 2013 to 3.25 LLPD.
Tumakuru Milk Union Registered as Tumakuru Co-operative Milk Producer
Societies Union Ltd.,
Tumakuru District a small part of Bengaluru Urban and Rural District. They
sells variety of milk, toned milk, Homogonized milk, samrudhi milk, subam milk and
other products be manufactured and marketed such as Butter milk, Curd, Ghee,
Mysore Pak and Peda. Present marketing 2.3 lakhs Ltrs. Per day.
Marketing Area : Marketing areas includes Tumakuru District and small part of
Bengaluru.
Excellence : First milk union to turn around after availing the financial assistance under
rehabilitation scheme of G.O.I.
