Our Student Leadership Team has helped plan the day with special activities such as craft, board games, dancing and much more. We are going to have some special visitors on the day who have organised games at lunch time. All students will get a free Hot Dog for lunch! The Canteen will be open for snacks, but no other lunch orders will be available on the day. If your child does not want a Hot Dog for lunch, please send their lunch into school as normal. Students can wear ‘mufti clothing’, but please wear closed toed suitable shoes for outside games. Unfortunately, some parents/carers will be receiving a letter that informs them that their child will be having a modified and/ or supervised PBL Acknowledgement Day participation. It is very important that you still send your child to school on this day. The students that this affects will be working closely with teachers to set positive goals for themselves and start to learn how to self- regulate more effectively. Congratulations to the students that have worked on their goals and are not bringing home a modified and/or supervised letter this time! PBL Shop Our PBL shop is amazing! I hope you have seen the photos on Facebook of the long lines and happy faces we have waiting on a Friday. Students are talking about what they are saving for and working very hard to ‘save up’ their Green Grin tokens. Last week a total of 55 students visited the shop! A big thank you to Izayah and Caitlyn who are helping out in the shop and writing reports for Assembly!
