Born in Argentina to French parents, Patricio Gouguenheim`s love for wine startedat the age of 7, when his father began to let him taste some at mealtimes mixedwith sparkling water. No doubt this was a catalyst for him entering the world of wine

later on life. But it wasn’t until 2002 when he found his dream winery in Tupungato, an old propertywith great views of the Andes mountains, a really unique soil and irrigation system.

In the inside, a lot of small concrete tanks, perfect for making high-quality,site-focused wines. It was the perfect location, so Patricio decided to abandon asuccessful career in finance to become a wine producer and start with his family winery.‘I never regret, even for a minute, what we’ve done. I wanted a change in my qualityof life and to create a family business. To produce something which I am proud of.That is why we use our name in our wines. I have my sons working by my side and

my grandchildren are already enjoying the winery.’ Patricio Gouguenheim

WINERY PRODUCTION AND DISTRIBUTION

All our grapes are sourced entirely from Uco Valley, from our 45 hectare vineyard andfrom a small quantity of top producers around our estate. There exists a great differenceof quality between grapes from high altitude vineyards and those from other regions of

Mendoza. This results in top quality wines, even in our entry level line.

Winery actual Production: 1.500.000 lts of wine per year.

With a presence in over 15 countries around the world our wineryis steadily growing year after year.

SUSTAINABLE VINEYARDS

We are commited to leave a better world to our next generation. That is why we work together with our winemakers, agronomists andproducers to make a good impact in the land during our practise.

We promote nutrient cycling, soil regeneration and the no use of pesticidesand herbicides, 0% of humidity and low temperatures help us fulfill this efficiently.

We use natural irrigation with water entirely sourced from meltedsnow from the Andes Mountains making our vineyards almost self-sufficient.
