Advantages:
Take your calendar everywhere with mobile apps.
Share your calendar with others or embed on a web site.
Reminders come as either text, email or pop ups on the screen.

Enter in who you want to share it with.
Entering in events.
There are a few ways to do this
Entering in events continued. Or you can click on the arrow by the create
button.
Just type in your event, Like Dinner 6pm tomorrow.
Or you can do it this way.

How can you use calendar professionally and personally?
How to place your calendar on a web site.
Hover your mouse on the calendar that you want and click on the settings menu.
Copy and all of the code, and paste it in to your HTML section of your chosen web site.
Uploading calendar information form Excel
You need to use this format.
Make sure that you save it as a CSV file.
Google apps are available through the Play store, or thorough the app market.
Please be aware that the apps are a lighter version and will not have all of the features as the versions found online.
Ever know a person who lived by post it notes?
Introducing Keep.
Create virtual post it notes.
Create to- do lists.
You can access them from multiple devices.
You can do audio notes on a mobile device.
It is very easy to use.
There are two kinds of notes:
Checklists
Reminders
You can put a reminder on any kind of note.
Reminders come as pop ups.
A word about Google App launcher
Google Keep is not in the App store, but there are 3rd
party programs that let you get to it.
It is broken into three groups.

Find high resolution photographs.
Create your own collections.
Take virtual field trips of locations and museums.
View timelines for historical moment.
Share via Google+, Facebook, Twitter, and Email

These are extremely high resolution.
User galleries and my galleries. Use pre-created galleries or create your own.
Historic monuments
Just so you know.
As of right now there is not a way to make a gallery of historical Moments. You can add some of the pictures you see but that is about it (for now). You can share it or use a social bookmark like Diigo, Symbaoo, or Pinterestto make it easier to find.
World Wonders.
Through photographs experience some of the world wonders.
With the street view take a virtual tour of some of the worlds most interesting places.
Look for the little man for a virtual tour.
Use the arrows or the mouse to navigate through the picture
