Scope:

• Based on similar initiatives in other large-scale projects, creation of the Good Neighbourly Relations Committee (hereafter the “Committee”) to favour exchanges between SSL and residents, merchants and community organizations

• The primary purpose of the Committee is to proactively share all information on: Work completed, underway and to come

Anticipated impacts

• The meetings shall serve to: Answer questions

Find possible solutions for the various issues that are raised

Engage in discussions in an open and transparent manner

• Listening to Committee members, answering their questions and concerns, and providing them with accurate and up-to-date information throughout the project

• Searching for solutions to respond to the concerns raised

by the Committee
