Golf Tip: #1 Key to Hitting the Ball to the Target
We have seven essentials in golf; one of those essentials is Face Angle.
The leading edge of your golf club at the moment of impact is going to have the biggest
deciding factor. The clubface is so small and a lot of us don’t pay attention to it and having doubts if the balls go straighter or not.
In Tennis, when you hit the ball and got the racket pointed this way, at the moment it hits the tennis ball, the ball goes down the line.
In Golf, when you point the face left, that would the ball go left and if the face pointed right, then the ball go to the right.
Do a drill called Toe up to Toe up in conjunction with a good grip. Move the club back and forth then the leading edge or the toe is pointed up to the sky is called Toe up.
Closed clubface is when you took it back and the face is pointed down.
Open clubface is when you take the face and open it, point it more to the sky.
Work on the toe up to toe up drill. If you’re slicing it, curl those fingers down. If you’re hooking it, hit those little fades and you’re going to see a lot of improvement in your game and come to Reynolds Golf Academy.com for more tips like that.
