Please ensure you carefully check your dog ownership details notated in this Catalogue. These details will be used for completion of successful competitors pass cards. Please notify the Secretary as soon as possible of any discrepancies. Thank you.

Welcome to all competitors On behalf of the Golden Retriever Club of Victoria, I would like to welcome you to this Inaugural Track and Search T 1 – 5 Trial held by the GRCV. Thank you all for your entries. Hopefully there will be many passes.

Thank you so much to all the helpers Who have worked so hard to make this trial possible, especially the judges and stewards who will work all weekend, plus the additional helpers who have volunteered to man the base or help with the running of our trial. Thank you to those that have supported me in my first time as a trial secretary. Check in 8.30 – 9.00 am Judging commences at 9.30 am The GRCV is affiliated with the Victorian Canine Association Inc. (VCA) and the fixture is held under the rules and Regulations of the VCA. A copy of the regulations may be perused at the office of the secretary of the fixture.

Please be mindful of responsible dog ownership, and keep your dog under control, and on lead over the weekend. When taken to your tracking area, you are reminded that competitors are asked to stay within the vicinity of the parking area until directed by the judge or steward/s.

Presentations: Will be held at the completion of the day. These will be done at KCC Park in the Classic Room (upstairs).

Tracklayers: Most tracklayers will be arranged in advance by the judges but in case the unexpected occurs, please have a start article and two TSD articles on your person so you can lay a track if required.
