SITE ASSESMENT AND THE SUGGESTMENT FOR A CCTV

HIGH RESOLUTION CAMERA RECORDING INSTALATION

Camera 1 is best positioned under the roof outside the main entrance enabling it to

view all personal that might utilise access using the entrance of the store. This would

also have a clear view of delivery vehicles and license plates stopping in front of the

entrance, enabling a constant recorded surveillance over stock dispatching and

receiving

Page 5: golden chicken final

as seen in the above picture, i have suggested that the 2nd camera to be positioned

on the inside wall above the entrance, monitoring the main Roller Shutter door and

sales counter where there is a constant movement of stock through to the back end

from and to the cold room, the camera will also be constantly overseeing the guard

and staff that handle the stock minimizing loss and ensuring all merchandise to be

accounted for.

Page 6: golden chicken final

I have suggested that the 3rd camera be placed on the opposite side from the 2nd

camera, overseeing the front end angle towards the cash kiosk and sales counter, just

left of the roller shutter door, it will have a clear facial view of all individuals including

staff that would be moving and handling merchandise within the surveillance area . This

would ensure that the whole front end section of the store be fully covered and

constantly under camera recoded surveillance.

Page 7: golden chicken final

I would suggest that the 4th camera be placed inside the cold room, monitoring over

stock and all personal entering and exiting the room, constantly overseeing the

movement of all produce store within the cold room, and from using quality IR bullet

cameras as suggested in the quotation, you will find that this will allow a clear indication

of who exactly is moving merchandise in and out the cold room with a clear facial view

of every individual. .

Page 8: golden chicken final

The 5th camera should be place just above the roller shutter door overseeing the sales

counter to the left, place within a direct view of all money transactions and activities that

would take place between staff and customers over the counter. It would also provide

constant surveillance monitoring over two entrances. the 1st.leading to the cold room

and the 2nd .the roller shutter door leading outside to the front of shop.

Page 9: golden chicken final

Camera 6 would be strategically positioned inside the cashier kiosk where the main

majority of funds are kept and continuously being transferred between the hands of staff

and clients. This would ensure a constant surveillance of each individual guaranteeing

minimal future loss of any profits.

The angle of the camera would capture a large portion of the room including the cash

safe and provide a clear view of each kiosk window allowing surveillance monitoring over

cash transfers taking place through the bullet proof glass as well as a clear view of each

individual clients face and a direct view of the actual financial exchange taking place

between hands making it virtually impossible for and loss of fund and profit .

Page 10: golden chicken final

Camera 7 will be positioned just above the office door entrance providing a clear view of

the sales counter just opposite the cashiers kiosk, it will also capture footage of all

personal entering and exiting the main office, as well as monitoring over any persons

utilising the side door entering and exciting to and from the front end of the store, which

is just right of the roller shutter door. The camera will also be able to provide a clear

view of all individuals and their faces during its surveillance recording.

Page 11: golden chicken final

The 8th and final Bullet camera is to be placed inside the egg storage facility facing

towards the entrance leading outside as indicated in the picture above showing exactly,

whereby on occasion the entrance is used for moving stock in and out the building. This

will also provide a clear view of the entire room where the egg produce is kept. Given

the cameras high resolution clarity bifocal lenses, each individual can be identified and

recognised facially, allowing for permanent insight as to exactly who would be handling

and involved in the movement of merchandise stock, as well as monitoring and

recording, any and all activities within the egg storage facility.

Page 12: golden chicken final

As indicated in the above picture, the DVR Console linked to the LCD monitor, displaying

each camera point and its recording views will be kept inside a safe like cabinet

constantly protected under a lock and key, ensuring avoidance of any tampering and any

possibility of theft, whereby only management will have access to the console to be

utilised when needed, restricting any persons from tampering with the recordings of the

individual cameras, guaranteeing that all footage that be constantly recorded to be kept

safe, as well as always being available for user playback and monitoring at all times, this

will allow the ability for management to be able to asses and distinguish all root causes

regarding the involvement of possible unfortunate incidents that may occur minimising

the result in loss of produce and profit, which in turn would effect the business

positively.

CCTV REASONS AND RECOMANDATIONS

It is crucial to take security seriously in this day and age. It is not just businesses and

commercial properties that need good security but it is our homes too. With crime

increasing and burglaries very common, it is very important to consider various available

security options and choose one that is the best fit for you.

Below i have listed 8 important factors as to why and how a CCTV surveillance system

can benefit your staff as well as a more insure a more profitable business.

Prevent Crime

The very presence of a CCTV systems can make a would-be criminal think twice

about any wrong-doing. Think about it, if you planned to rob or vandalize a store

or office, would you want to do it if you knew you were being recorded?

Prevent Employee Theft

If you suspects one of your employees of wrong-doing but don't know where to

begin or find a way in getting to the bottom of things, a camera can be a very

helpful tool. This is especially true if you own an establishment where cash is

exchanged. Cameras posted near cash registers or other places where employees

are often stationed, not only can show you if an employee is stealing, but may

even deter an employee from committing a crime if they know you're watching.

Be a useful piece of evidence

If a crime is committed in or around your business and the person accused of

committing the crime was caught on camera, you've got an extra piece of

evidence for a court case. Jurors and judges can watch footage or view photos

from your security cameras and establish that the person on trial did indeed

commit the crime. Not only will you be preventing the same person from causing

you more trouble in the future, you'll be helping out your entire community.

Page 14: golden chicken final

Keep an eye on things

If you can't be at the office but would like to know what's going on, a security camera

can help do just that. You can keep an eye on things from your home computer with just

a few quick clicks of your mouse ensuring your business is running smoothly

Protecting your staff

CCTV can protect your staff physically against violence from customers. At the

same time, it can also protect them against false accusations - perhaps coming

from colleagues or even from client and customers.

Encourage good behavior

Having a CCTV camera inside offices may help in creating discipline among the

employees. For bosses, who want their presence felt so that efficiency at work is

optimized, a camera hovering the employees will give the same effect.

Increase customer’s confidence

Banks and shops equipped with CCTV cameras give the customers a sense of

security and safety. The customers feel secure and this enhances the customers'

confidence and in turn encourages for a better sales environment and profit

turnover.

Should we be successful, Tactical Reaction Services will issue a full site procedure to

management to ensure that all procedures be followed accordingly and that if needed at

any time, all and any special procedures can be added should they be required at

managements discretion.

Please feel free to contact me should you have any questions regarding this proposal.
