Golday Rubber Industry manufactures superior quality, competitive and enviromentally friendly extruded profiles, compression and injection moulded rubber products for diverse industries and applications since 2014.

All Golday products are produced using conventional and advanced elastomers: EPDM, NBR, SBR, NR. Modern rubber compounding and mixing facilities have capacity to process over 4.500 tons of rubber every year. Processing of extrusion and vulcanization on highest technology Gerlach production lines. We are able to process 850 kgs rubber sealing profile per hour with Gerlach extrusion machinery. This is the highest production capacity in the region with one production line.

Golday offer a range of sealing solution for GRP pipes suitable for wide range of applications. The reknowned Reka® Gasket System is composed of two gaskets an done stopper. It is available in sizes DN150 to DN4000. The Reka® Gasket offers the following benefits:

Tight efficient joints designed to eliminate infiltration and exfiltration. Ease of joining, redusing installation time. Accommodates small changes in line direction without fittings, or differential

settlement. To compliment Golday’s REKA gasket range, we also offer center register (stopper) in a variety of sizes which prevent damage to the spigots during the jointing process.

Golday manufacture a wide range of seals for smooth wall and corrugated pipes for both drinking and dirty water applications. Twinwall Corrugated Pipe: Unlike with most other pipe materials, there is currently no international standard for defining the shape of the groove in Structured Wall Pipes (SWP). We have worked closely with a number of the leading concrete pipe manufacturers to develop a wide range of sealing systems for concrete pipes (including jacking pipes), box culverts and inspection chambers. Anchored Cast-In Seal Our range of anchored seals are incorporated into the joint area during the pipe casting process so becomes part of the pipe socket. Available in sizes ranging from DN150, the conical profile of the seal combined with the chamfered socket and spigot provides a centring function resulting in faster installation. Tunnel Segment Gaskets (TSG’s) are typically located in the Groove encircling the pre-cast concrete tunnel segments which are mated together during the installation process providing an efficient watertight seal over the projected design life of the tunnel. A number of seal design options are available depending on the surrounding geological conditions of the tunnel, all of which are produced at our manufacturing facility. We have also developed a corner jointing system which eliminates corner joint loading-historically the cause of segment cracking where conventional corner joining techniques have been used.

We make seals to customers; specific requirements including locked-in seals incorporating our proprietary Goldloc design. This features a locking ring which holds the seal in a groove within the pipe. The pipe is belled over the seal during production with no chance of the seal dislodged during assembly.

PROPERTIES: Concrete Joint Seal CJS-F Series are joint sealing profiles of seven different sizes made from Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer (EPDM). Concrete Joint Seal CJS-F is used for renovation of expansion and connection joints eventually together with special adhesive. Application area is usually airport landing fields, roads, large fields made of concrete.Due to its high-quality base material Concrete Joint Seal CJS-F profiles can also be applied in areas subjected to chemical attack and/or exposed to UV. PROCESSING: Concrete Joint Seal CJS-F profiles are installed by means of hammer and wedge or mechanically with a pneumatic chipping hammer. While choosing the right dimension of profile it should be kept in mind that the profile has to be able to create pressure inside the joint. Concrete Joint Seal CJS-F can be additionally fixed with special adhesive to support the profile. When bonding the profile ensure that the surface is dry, stable and free of separating substances. For cleaning of surfaces we recommend using of special materials. For high sucking and maximal slightly moist groundings the surface has to be primed in advance with special tools. For bonding of Concrete Joint Seal CJS-F profile special adhesive should be sprayed steady on the stable bonding substrate. Afterwards the CJS-F profile is immediately pressed into the fresh adhesive.

PACKING: Rolls or bundles in a cartoon or on the pallets (depending profile type).

STORAGE: Shelf life at least 24 months in original packing when stored in dry conditions between 15-25ºC, protected from heat, frost and direct sunlight. After the expiration the use of the product is generally not recommended, unless an approval has been provided by Golday. This approval can only be ontained by the quality assurance department of Golday releasing the material after verification of main properties being within specification.

DISPOSAL: Small quantities of product residues can be disposed of as normal domestic waste. Dispose of bigger quantities must be effected in accordance with the corresponding local regulations.
