Mr. Gogulskis career started with Bechtel Corporation in SanFrancisco, and grew in progressively more responsible steps toProject Manager and Vice President with general contractors. He joined General Electrics corporate Real Estate and Construction

Operation in New York as Resident Construction Manager where heoversaw construction of six industrial projects on the east coast.Recruited by his former GE supervisor, he was employed by Disney tooversee design and construction of Disneys Contemporary ResortHotel at DisneyWorld, Orlando, Florida.

Prior to forming his present company, Mr.Gogulski was DevelopmentManager for Kaiser Engineers, Director of Facilities for Teradyne,Project Manager for NICO Construction Company in New York,Project Manager for New York City Transit, and Project Officer forNew York City School Construction Authority.

He has lectured as keynote speaker for the Association of GeneralContractors and the Industrial Development Research Council, and

conducted seminars in New York, Abu Dahbi, and Jeddah. TheAmerican Society of Civil Engineers awarded him a Certificate ofAppreciation and $1,000 for his contribution to their Millennium Projectin1999, and two of his articles were featured in McGraw-HillsEngineering News Record.
