INTRODUCTION
Established in the year 1897, Godrej Consumer Products Ltd. (GCPL) is a major player in the Indian FMCG market with leadership in personal, hair care, household and fabric care segments.
The company has three state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities at Malanpur (M.P.) Guwahati (Assam) and Baddi (H.P.).
GCPL was rated 6th “BEST COMPANIES TO WORK FOR”, and 9th in THE GREAT PLACE TO WORK SURVEY in 2008
In 2009, 25th as “THE BEST EMPLOYER IN ASIA” and 11th as “THE BEST EMPLOYER IN INDIA’ by Hewitt Wall Street Journal.
Manufacturing unit at Malanpur factory (M.P) received 25 Awards at the National convention for Quality Circle.
