Condolences to

Rose Decker and her family

on the passing of her sister, Julia McGee,

In December

I have a message for you from the Bishop of Cuba, Bishop Griselda. I was able to spend some time with her at the Convention last week and she specifically asked me to give you her message. She went to visit Fieles A Jesus in Matanzas, Cuba after our 4 men had been there working very hard on their building project . She could hardly believe what she saw a thriving church full of enthusiastic people working very hard in the ministry of the

She says we are angels sent from God to make ministry possible in Fieles A Jesus. Someone once said,

case in Matanzas. They do the ministry and we provide the means. The job can only be done if we both work together.

Please consider becoming a partner family... There are over 650 children in North Central Florida who are not able to live at home or sleep in their own beds. An adult in their family abused or neglected them. It is no longer safe to live at home. These children are newborns. They are middle-school-aged. They are teenagers. They are all races and nationalities. A few have serious medi-cal problems and handicaps - most have hidden wounds on their souls. Where do

these children go when they can no longer remain safely in their homes? If there are no relatives able to care for them, then they are placed with a foster family, or a partner family, as we call them. Partner families are special people they possess the gift of being able to open their hearts and homes to chil-dren in need of safety, love and nurturing, and, when the time is right, to let them go again. What sets partner families apart is their ability to love a child like one of their own, regardless of whether the child lives with them for a month or for more than a year.
