• Identify what you must do to reach your goal

• List the actions!

Step Three Balance

• Can you measure your goal?

• Seek to balance the actions, don’t try to achieve too much at one time!

• Seek out positive people to encourage you!

• Be accountable to one person…

• Make sure you have clear directions
