but I always eat in moderation.”

Even in her 40s, actress Alice Dixson still possesses a body that puts women half her age

to shame. “The endorphins released through physical activity really helps you look and

feel young,” reveals Alice. “I run, play sports, and even had a bit of training in Pekiti-

Tirsia Kali, a Filipino martial art. But even if I can’t do my regular exercise routines, I

make it a point to do at least three activities a week, from 20 minutes on a treadmill to a

game of badminton with friends, so that I can sweat all the toxins out.”

Post as many photos/videos as you want for greater chances of winning. The promo will

run from March 1 to April 30, 2015, with four draws via electronic raffle on March 16,

March 31, April 16, and April 30. Every draw will have one winner from Instagram and

Facebook, for a total of eight winners overall.
