2.Zipradius (find names within an NN mile radius of a zip code)
(NEED SM72.EXE Ver 7.2.A.08)
1.Publish catalog (marketing unscheduled classes)
(NEED ACEweb Version 3.1.006)
MappingBegin by adding justafter(‘do mapping’) to a report
Any Report that has an Name Address in it Will work….
You must have:
SM72.EXE (Ver 7.2.A.09) And these two files (loaded into your
Manager Folder) json.fll
virtualearth.htm ( Available from SM Resources/
Tools: Mapping.zip )
This is important!
Click “Go” to create the map
After you close the SM Report Preview, a
browser will launch (in Chrome) and you’ll see
a Map
And then . . .
You can zoom in/out to
change your Map View
Click on pushpin to view

(NOTE: Mailing Labels is probably the most versatile… query wise..)
add a justdoit(‘do zipradius’) to report
NOTE: you must have the ziplatlong.dbf
(download zipradius.zip from tools)http://www.aceware.com/customers/student-manager/student-manager-downloads/
Combine mapping and zipradius to display a map of the results
To your report:
Add a justdoit
justdoit(‘do zipradius’)
And a justafter
justafter(‘do mapping’)
This feature will display an additional section on the Course Listing page for the selected group, showing a course that is not scheduled, but that you are considering for the future.
Not Currently Scheduled
By selecting a class and clicking the “Notify” button ACEweb will:
record student interest and notify staff of their interest
Please note:Setup is required in both Student Manager and ACEweb. Please contact your ACEware technician for assistance
