1. Park the vehicle on a smooth level surface. 2. Open the hood and using a flat screwdriver, remove the (9) push pins and radiator cover, save for reuse. See Pho-

to 1. 3. Using a T15 torx, remove the (6) upper grille mounting bolts and save for reuse. See Photo 2.

4. Using a T15 torx, remove the (6) bolts from the inner fender liner. Retain hardware. See Photo 3. 5. Using a 7mm socket, remove the (3) bolts from the inside of the front bumper, that attach the bumper to the fender.

Retain hardware. See photo 4.

6. Using a 7mm socket, remove the bolt holding the lower bumper bezel to the inner bumper support bracket. Retain hardware. See Photo 5.

7. Unplug the fog light harness. See Photo 6.

Remove radiator cover. Remove upper grille mounting bolts.

Remove inner fender liner bolts. Remove inner bumper bolts.

Remove lower bumper support bolt. Unplug fog lights.

8. Using a 10mm socket, remove the (2) bolts attaching the lower bumper fascia to the frame. Retain hardware. See Photo 7.

9. Using a 10mm socket, remove the front fascia bolts. Retain hardware. See Photo 8.

10. Remove the front bumper and grille as 1 piece. See Photo 9. 11. Carefully release the (14) clips that attach the bumper fascia to the grille. See Photo 10.

12. Mark around the outside edge of the grille. See Photo 11. 13. Place tape on the chrome on the front of the grille, this will prevent the chrome from cracking and flaking during and

after cutting. See photo 13 for reference. 14. Cut grille along mark made in step 11. Sand/file cut edges smooth. See Photo 12.

Remove lower fascia bolts. Remove front fascia bolts.

Remove bumper and grille assembly. Remove grille from bumper.

Cut grille along mark. Mark grille to cut.

14. Remove the inner portion of the grille from the outer shell. See Photo 13. 15. Place the RC outer trim ring face down and the inner mesh on top, line up the holes and install the supplied 1/4” x

1/2” bolts and hardware,(15) for no light and (28) for the LED version, where there are no brackets. Leave the (4) corner holes empty. Tighten using a 7/16” wrench and 5/32” Allen.

16. Use the supplied 1/4” X 5/8” bolts and hardware to install (8) the brackets as shown in Photo 14. Do not tighten at this time.

17. Lay the grille shell over the RC mesh grille assembly. See Photo 15. 18. Starting in the center and working toward the sides, use the bracket as a guide to mark and drill 9/32” holes in the

factory grille. See Photos 16 & 17. You may have to bend the mesh grille to follow the lines of the factory grille trim, as the mesh grille is shipped as flat pieces.

19. Attach the RC mesh grille to the factory grille shell using the supplied #8 x 1/2” bolts and lock nuts. Tighten the #8 hardware using a 1/4” wrench and socket and the 1/4” hardware using a 7/16” socket and 5/32” Allen, working from the middle to the outside. Do not turn the bolt head, tighten by only turning the nut.

20. Place the supplied corner brackets, in each corner making sure they clip over the factory grille shell. See Photo 18.

Remove cut inner grille. Install grille brackets. No brackets in corners.

Install mesh grille into factory grille. Mark to drill.

Drill using a 9/32” drill.

21. Attach the bracket to the mesh grille using the supplied 1/4” x 5/8” bolts and nuts. See Photo 19. 22. Tighten using a 7/16” socket and 5/32” Allen. Do not turn the bolt head, tighten by only turning the nut. See

23. If installing a RC mesh grille without an LED light, skip to step 26. 24. Install the supplied light mounting brackets (supplied with the grille, DO NOT use the brackets that come with the

light bar) using the supplied 1/4” x 5/8” bolts and nuts. Do not tighten. See Photo 21. 25. Install the RC 30” LED using the supplied hardware and tool. Tighten the light mounting brackets using a 5/32” Allen

and a 7/16” socket. Do not turn the bolt head, tighten by only turning the nut. Wire the light according to the directions included with the light. See Photo 22.

26. Attach the grille assembly to the factory bumper by securing the (14) factory clips. See Photo 23. 27. Install the grille/bumper assembly onto the truck. Install the (2) front fascia bolts using a 10mm socket to tighten.

28. Using a 10mm socket, install the (2) bolts attaching the lower bumper fascia to the frame. See Photo 25. 29. Plug in the fog lights. See Photo 26.

30. Using a 7mm socket, install the bolt holding the lower bumper bezel to the inner bumper support bracket. See Pho-to 27.

31. Using a 7mm socket, install the (3) bolts from the inside of the front bumper, that attach the bumper to the fender. See Photo 28.

32. Using a T15 torx, install the (6) bolts in the inner fender liner. See Photo 29.

33. Using a T15 torx, install the (6) upper grille mounting bolts. See Photo 30. 34. Install the radiator cover using the factory push pins. See Photo 31.
