THE ECOSYSTEM: The Telecommunications market for a long time was broken down into Operators, Vendors and Systems
Integrators. As networks are becoming more powerful, a new market is fast emerging, which challenges the traditional
revenue models in this space. Over the Top Providers (OTT) have taken the market by storm and the convergence of
software and traditional network services has meant significant growth in our market. Telecommunications products now
appear in a range of different sectors such as Financial Services, Health Care, Utilities and Automotive. At Glocomms we aim
to be first to market in this exciting new growth environment and add value to our clients by building un-rivalled candidate
pools in new markets, such as machine to machine, mobile data, cloud computing, voice for free and TV anywhere.
MICRO-SPECIALISTS: We have two clear business units, which cover different verticals, each with a team of micro-specialist
consultants. Our focus is Manager to Director level individuals and Project Based Contract recruitment
COMMERCIAL: We provide the resource to design, develop market, sell and manage in life products within the
Telecommunications Ecosystem. Our niche teams focus on:

these markets. The individual consultant will also be vendor specific (Cisco, Avaya and Juniper etc) focusing on:
