During his career in Neste Chemicals and Fortum Corporation, Vesa has led significant change, built market share and improved profitability in competitive markets. He has led several management teams and multinational organizations up to 190 professionals, and worked closely with C-Level executives.

Vesa holds M.Sc. (Eng) from Tampere University of Technology, MBA from TKK Executive School of Business. He’s completed relevant executive education in Harvard Business School, University of Pennsylvania, and London Business School.
