• Facilitate local PR to introduce the program during the campus promotion
• Complementary channel (public email on the website) to accept the applications from the students
• Easy to enter the platform of the courses for new SEEDS

Campus promotion
• Rep office PR personnel publicize the program to targeted top universities. The universities recommend outstanding students, and students can also submit applications themselves.
• Outstanding undergraduates/graduates in STEM majors are preferred.
• Open the program to non-STEM undergraduates/graduates who have excellent academic performance and strong enthusiasm for ICT.
Application materials:Resume, GPA, transcript, a cover letter and/or a two-minute personal video. Other materials may be required, based on local expectations.
Criteria:GPA 3.0 or above, or ranking in the top 30%;Papers and videos reflecting a knowledge of ICT basics, interest in China, and enthusiasm for learning (an open mind)
Initial screening:Rep office PR preliminarily select eligible students based on their application materials.
Re-examination/Online interview:Rep offices are also strongly encouraged to create a joint selection committee with local key stakeholders (from universities, local elite groups, media outlets, government agencies, etc.) and have a joint selection following an initial screening of applicants.

5-day online program: 7 hours of mandatory courses + 6 hours of live-streamed courses + a 1-hour elective course + access to additional resources for self-learning about Chinese culture.100 students per class group: The schedule will be coordinated according to local universities' holiday time and the overall capacity of the program. Generally, students from the same country or from countries in neighboring time zones can be arranged in the same class group.Lecturers will answer students' questions at their convenience. The iLearning system automatically informs students of their learning progress.
Mandatory courses (7 hours): About Huawei: Who is Huawei + company introduction, virtual tour of the Galileo exhibition hall, Songshan Lake campus, and Huawei's flagship store in
Nanshan (2 hours) ICT courses: 5G (2 hour), cloud computing (1 hour), AI (1 hour), and HMS (1 hour)
Elective courses (1 hour): Students must choose at least one course that interests them. Advanced courses: IoT, smart home, cyber security, digital trade, digital economy, digital transformation, and industry trends Leadership courses: Leadership skills, cross-cultural management, and strategic management Open ecosystem: Courses customized by rep offices. Live-streamed engagement with well-known enterprises, KOLs, and think tanks from students'
countries in China
Chinese culture resources: Students have access anytime to the content Chinese culture documentaries: A Bite of China, Secrets of the Forbidden City, and Hello China Vlogs of stories about Huawei's non-Chinese employees working in China
