The Current Bitumen prices for Europe are as follows, Bitumen prices in Netherlands Rotterdam remained

steady as compared to last week prices & reported in the range of € 195 - 215 PMT. In Belgium Antwerp prices remained almost same as compared to last week prices & is oscillating in the range of € 195 - 215 PMT

and in Brussels prices remained unchanged as compared to last week prices & priced in the range of € 205 –

225 PMT. In Germany bitumen prices down by € 2 PMT as compared to last week price & reported at € 225 - 240 PMT in Germany North, € 220 – 235 PMT in Germany northeast region, € 220 – 230 PMT in Germany

south, € 220 - 230 PMT south west and € 220 – 230 PMT in Germany west. Compared to last week prices in

France, prices dipped down by € 10 PMT & prices reported as follows: In France north, prices reported in the range of € 240 - 250 PMT, in central France prices reported at € 245 - 255 PMT, while in South France prices

reported in the range of € 245 – 255 PMT. In UK south, prices remained constant as compared to last week

prices & reported at € 225 – 240 PMT. In Italy, prices down by € 5 PMT as compared to last week price & priced in the range of € 250 - 260 PMT. In Spain Northeast region and southwest region prices remained

steady as compared to last week price and is oscillating in the range of € 290 - 310 PMT in Spain northeast

and € 280 - 300 PMT in southwest region.

In Netherland Rotterdam, Bitumen prices remained steady since last week and are currently in the range of

€ 195 - 215 PMT. The average bitumen prices in Euro PMT for prices in Netherland Rotterdam were € 270

PMT in January 2015, € 225 PMT in February, € 275 PMT in March, € 270 PMT in April, € 290 PMT in May, € 290 PMT in June, € 285 PMT in July, € 250 PMT in August, € 205 PMT in September and € 205 PMT in October

2015. In current month i.e. October 2015, prices have remained steady as compared to last month price &

reported at € 205 PMT. Bitumen prices in October 2015 have fall down by € 65 PMT (24%) as compared with

January 2015 price.

In Belgium Antwerp, Bitumen prices remained status quo since last week and are currently hovering in the range of € 195 - 215 PMT. The average bitumen prices in Euro PMT for prices in Belgium Antwerp were €

270 PMT in January 2015, € 225 PMT in February, € 275 PMT in March, € 265 PMT in April, € 285 PMT in May,

€ 285 PMT in June, € 280 PMT in July, € 250 PMT in August, € 205 PMT in September and € 205 PMT in

October 2015. In current month i.e. October 2015, prices have remained unchanged as compared to last

month price & reported at € 205 PMT. Since January 2015, prices have gone down by € 65 PMT (24%) in

October 2015.

In Brussels, Bitumen prices remained steady since last week price and are currently hovering in the range of

€ 205 - 225 PMT. The average bitumen prices in Euro PMT for prices in Brussels were € 275 PMT in January 2015, € 230 PMT in February, € 280 PMT in March, € 270 PMT in April, € 290 PMT in May, € 290 PMT in June,

€ 285 PMT in July, € 260 PMT in August, € 215 PMT in September and € 215 PMT in October 2015. In current

month i.e. October 2015, prices have remained steady as compared to last month price & reported at € 215

PMT. Since January 2015, prices have gone down by € 60 PMT (22%) in October 2015.

In Germany country, Germany North, Germany South and West prices gone down by € 2 PMT as

compared to last week price and current prices are oscillating in the range of € 225 - 240 PMT in North Germany, € 220 - 230 PMT in South Germany and € 220 – 230 PMT in West Germany. The average bitumen

prices in Euro PMT for prices in North Germany were € 310 PMT in January 2015, € 245 PMT in February, €

305 PMT in March, € 290 PMT in April, € 320 PMT in May, € 315 PMT in June, € 300 PMT in July, € 280 PMT in August, € 235 PMT in September and € 235 PMT October in 2015. In South Germany prices were € 320 PMT

in January 2015, € 245 PMT in February, € 305 PMT in March, € 295 PMT in April, € 325 PMT in May, € 315

PMT in June, € 300 PMT in July, € 270 PMT in August, € 225 PMT in September and € 225 PMT in October 2015. In West Germany, prices reported at € 320 PMT in January 2015, € 250 PMT in February, € 310 PMT

in March, € 300 PMT in April, € 320 PMT in May, € 315 PMT in June, € 300 PMT in July, € 275 PMT in August, €

230 PMT in September and € 225 PMT in October 2015. In current month i.e. October 2015, Germany North,

Germany South and Germany West prices have gone down by € 5 PMT (2%) as compared to previous month

price. Since January 2015, prices have dipped down by € 75 - 95 PMT (24% to 30%) in October 2015.

In France country, Bitumen prices gone down by € 10 PMT since last week and current prices are oscillating

in the range of € 240 - 250 PMT in North France, € 245 - 255 PMT in Central France and € 245 - 255 PMT in South France. The average bitumen prices in Euro PMT for prices in North France were € 345 PMT in January

2015, € 270 PMT in February, € 320 PMT in March, € 330 PMT in April, € 360 PMT in May, € 340 PMT in June,

€ 340 PMT in July, € 320 PMT in August, € 270 PMT in September and € 245 PMT in October 2015. In Central

France, prices were € 350 PMT in January 2015, € 275 PMT in February, € 325 PMT in March, € 335 PMT in April, € 365 PMT in May, € 345 PMT in June, € 345 PMT in July, € 320 PMT in August, € 270 PMT in September

and € 250 PMT in October 2015. In South France, prices were € 355 PMT in January 2015, € 280 PMT in

February, € 330 PMT in March, € 335 PMT in April, € 365 PMT in May, € 345 PMT in June, € 345 PMT in July, € 320 PMT in August, € 270 PMT in September and € 250 PMT in October 2015. In current month i.e. October

2015, North France, Central France and South France region prices, have decrease by € 20 – 25 PMT (6% –

9%) as compared to previous month price. Since January 2015, prices have fallen down by € 100 – 105 PMT (29% to 30%) in October 2015.

France - bitumen demand has reportedly been week in June as local construction work was moving at a slower pace. The country imported 74,000 tons of bitumen during the month compared to 116,000 tons of

bitumen in the same month of the previous year. In May the country imported 92,000 tons of bitumen. Most

of the bitumen imported into France in June came from Spain with 28,000 tons, Germany with 25,000 tons and Belgium with 9300 tons. So far during the first half of the year, France has imported 337,000 tons of

bitumen which is lower than the same period last year when the country imported 483,000 tons of bitumen.

During the year, Germany was the largest exporter of bitumen to France followed by Spain.

In UK South, Bitumen prices remained status quo since last week and current prices reported in the range of

€ 225 – 240 PMT. The average bitumen prices in Euro PMT for prices in UK South were € 330 PMT in January

2015, € 300 PMT in February, € 300 PMT in March, € 315 PMT in April, € 315 PMT in May, € 315 PMT in June, € 305 PMT in July, € 275 PMT in August, € 240 PMT in September and € 235 PMT in October 2015. In current

month i.e. October 2015, prices have dipped down by € 5 PMT (2%) as compared to previous month price &

prices reported at € 235 PMT. Since January 2015, prices have decrease by € 95 PMT (29%) in October 2015.

In Italy, Bitumen prices down by € 5 PMT since last week price and are currently hovering in the range of €

250 - 260 PMT. The average bitumen prices in Euro PMT for prices in Italy were € 375 PMT in January 2015, € 360 PMT in February, € 320 PMT in March, € 330 PMT in April, € 340 PMT in May, € 325 PMT in June, € 315

PMT in July, € 280 PMT in August, € 260 PMT in September and € 255 PMT in October 2015. In current month

i.e. October 2015, prices have dipped down by € 5 PMT (2%) as compared to previous month price & reported

at € 255 PMT. Since January 2015, prices have decrease by € 120 PMT (32%) in October 2015.

In Spain region, Bitumen prices have remained almost same since last week and current prices are oscillating in the range of € 290 – 310 PMT in Spain Northeast and € 280 – 300 PMT in Spain Southwest. The average

bitumen prices in Euro PMT for prices in Northeast Spain were € 365 PMT in January 2015, € 335 PMT in

February, € 385 PMT in March, € 395 PMT in April, € 415 PMT in May, € 415 PMT in June, € 405 PMT in July, € 350 PMT in August, € 300 PMT in September and € 300 PMT in October 2015. In Southwest Spain, prices

were € 345 PMT in January 2015, € 315 PMT in February, € 365 PMT in March, € 375 PMT in April, € 395 PMT

in May, € 395 PMT in June, € 385 PMT in July, € 330 PMT in August, € 290 PMT in September and € 290 PMT

in October 2015. In current month i.e. October 2015, prices have remained steady as compared to previous month price. Since January 2015, prices have fall down by € 65 PMT (18%) in October 2015.

In South Africa, Bitumen rack prices gone down by USD 5 PMT since last week and are currently in the

range of USD 325 - 345 PMT. The average bitumen prices in USD PMT for prices in South Africa were USD 440

PMT in January 2015, while further prices dipped down & prices reported at USD 415 PMT in February and USD 410 PMT in March. Thereafter prices hiked up & prices reported at USD 415 PMT in April, USD 440 PMT in

May and USD 460 PMT in June. Further prices dipped down and prices reported at USD 450 PMT in July, USD

410 PMT in August and USD 330 PMT in September 2015. In current month i.e. October 2015, prices have gone up by USD 5 PMT (2%) as compared to last month price & reported at USD 335 PMT. Since January

2015, prices have fall down by USD 105 PMT (24%) in October 2015.

The Current FOB, CFR & rack Bitumen prices for Asia, Middle East and Africa are as follows: In Iran FOB Bitumen Bulk current prices reported at USD 240 – 260 PMT, while Iran FOB Bitumen drums current

prices reported in the range of USD 300 - 330 PMT. Bahrain FOB bitumen price remained almost same as

compared to last week price & current price reported at USD 325 PMT. In Thailand FOB bitumen prices remained unchanged as compared to last week price & current prices reported in the range of USD 300 - 310

PMT. Compared to last week prices of Singapore FOB bitumen bulk prices hike up by USD 5 PMT as compared

to last week price & current prices reported in the range of USD 330 - 340 PMT and Singapore FOB bitumen drums prices remained steady as compared to last week price & current prices reported at USD 520 – 530

PMT. In Japan, FOB bitumen prices remained unchanged as compared to last week price & current prices

reported at USD 300 – 310 PMT. In Taiwan, FOB Bitumen prices remained status quo as compared to last

week price & current prices reported in the range of USD 295 - 305 PMT. South Korea FOB bitumen prices

increase by USD 5 PMT as compared to last week price & current prices reported in the range of USD 285 –

295 PMT. Vietnam North & South CFR bitumen drums prices remained constant as compared to last week

price & current prices reported at USD 530 - 540 PMT and USD 530 – 550 PMT respectively. South Africa bitumen rack prices fall down by USD 5 PMT as compared to last week price & current prices reported in the

range of USD 325 - 345 PMT. In Indonesia bitumen rack prices decrease by USD 10 PMT as compared to last

week price & current prices reported in the range of USD 410 PMT.

Asia Bitumen Freight rates from Singapore to South China remained steady as compared to last week rates

and are in the range of USD 47 - 55 PMT. Singapore to East China rates remained constant as compared to last week rates and are hovering in the range of USD 60 - 71 PMT. While Thailand to South China freights

rates remained unchanged as compared to last week freight rates & are oscillating between USD 47 – 55 PMT.

Freight rates from Thailand to East china remained steady as compared to last week rates & is hovering

around USD 60 - 71 PMT in the current week. Freight rates from South Korea to East china remained

steady as compared to last week freight rates & rates are hovering in the range of USD 27 - 34 PMT.

In Singapore, FOB bulk bitumen prices increase by USD 5 PMT since last week and are currently reported

in the range of USD 330 - 340 PMT. Average FOB Singapore Bulk Bitumen prices are hovering around USD 380 PMT in January 2015, while In February prices dipped down & prices reported at USD 325 PMT. Further

prices hiked up & prices reported at USD 345 PMT in March, USD 375 PMT in April, USD 385 PMT in May and

USD 400 PMT in June. Thereafter prices dipped down & prices reported at USD 370 PMT in July, USD 355 PMT

in August and USD 325 PMT in September 2015. In current month i.e. October 2015, price of the product

have gone up by USD 10 PMT (3%) as compared to last month price & prices reported at USD 335 PMT. Since

January 2015, prices have fall down by USD 45 PMT (12%) in October 2015.

In Singapore, FOB drums bitumen prices have remained steady since last week price and are currently in

the range of USD 520 - 530 PMT. Average FOB Singapore Drums Bitumen prices are hovering around USD 515

PMT in January 2015. In February prices dipped down & prices reported at USD 465 PMT. Prices jumped up in March & prices reported at USD 510 PMT, while in April and May prices remained almost same as compared to

previous month price. In June prices hiked up & prices reported at USD 535 PMT and in July prices went down

& prices reported at USD 525 PMT. Prices firmed up in August & prices reported at USD 535 PMT, while in September 2015 prices went down & prices reported at USD 525 PMT. In current month i.e. October 2015,

price of the product remained steady as compared to last month price & prices reported at USD 525 PMT.

Since January 2015, prices have firmed up by USD 10 PMT (2%) in October 2015.

During the period Jan to July 2015, Singapore exported 1.75 million MT of Bitumen. The country exported

most of its bitumen to different countries like 631492 MT (36%) to China, 419726 MT (24%) to Vietnam, 350486 MT (20%) to Indonesia, 162560 MT (9%) to Malaysia, 113395 MT (6%) to Australia, 49538 MT (3%)

to Thailand, 9356 MT (1%) to Hong Kong and 14288 MT (1%) to Other countries.

During the period Jan to July 2015, Singapore imported 2570 MT of Bitumen. The country imported most of its bitumen from different countries like 1399 MT (54%) from Brazil, 580 MT (23%) from Italy, 479 MT

(19%) from Malaysia, 72 MT (3%) from South Korea, 26 MT (1%) from Thailand and 14 MT (1%) from Other

countries.

China imported 451304 MT of bitumen in August 2015. Most of the bitumen was imported from South Korea and Singapore with smaller quantities imported from Taiwan and Japan. Some of the largest bitumen

importers during the month were Xiamen Huate Group Corporation Ltd. with 54247 MT, Beijing Zhongwu

Zhenhua Trading Co.Ltd. with 43334 MT, Zhejiang Baoying Materials Group Co.Ltd. with 33141 MT, Rizhao

Tianhui Trade Co. Ltd. with 32412 MT, Rizhao Xingye Import And Export Co.Ltd. with 23162 MT and Guangzhou Xinyue Asphalt Co.Ltd. with 18645 MT.

During the period January to August 2015, China imported 3.10 million MT of Bitumen. The country imported 296670 MT of Bitumen in January 2015, 322206 MT in February, 434154 MT in March, 360896 MT in

April, 394991 MT in May, 358463 MT in June, 482050 MT in July and 451304 MT in August 2015. During the

period January to August 2014, China imported 2840729 MT of Bitumen. As per the data analysis by our

team, import of the country has firmed up by 9% during Jan to August 2015, as compared to same period last year i.e. Jan to August 2014. Compared to last month i.e. July 2015, import of the country has decreased by

6% in the month of August 2015. China import has gone up by 13% in August 2015, as compared to same

period last year i.e. August 2014.

China imported 451304 MT of Bitumen in the month of August 2015. China imported most of its Bitumen

from different countries like 328354 MT (73%) from South Korea, 65799 MT (15%) from Singapore, 21946 MT (5%) from Malaysia, 21713 MT (5%) from Thailand, 6912 MT (2%) from Japan, 4343 MT (1%) from

Taiwan and 2237 MT from Other countries. China imported most of its Bitumen to different ports like

131272 MT (29%) to Nanjing, 80258 MT (18%) to Qingdao, 36419 MT (8%) to Tianjin, 31978 MT (7%) to Shijiazhuang, 28451 MT (6%) to Nanning, 20007 MT (4%) to Huangpu, 19996 MT (4%) to Dalian, 19473 MT

(4%) to Ningbo, 14522 MT (3%) to Zhanjiang, 14470 MT (3%) to Xiamen, 12246 MT (3%) to Fuzhou, 11963

MT (3%) to Jiangmen, 9141 MT (2%) to Hefei, 8303 MT (2%) to Hangzhou, 4053 MT (1%) to Chongqing, 3294 MT (1%) to Guangzhou, 3251 MT (1%) to Haikou and 2207 MT to Other ports.

During the period January to August 2015, China exported 195554 MT of Bitumen. The country exported

29751 MT of Bitumen in January 2015, 3383 MT in February, 28769 MT in March, 6051 MT in April, 34868 MT

in May, 25267 MT in June, 28951 MT in July and 38514 MT in August 2015. During the period January to

August 2014, China exported 128560 MT of Bitumen. As per the data analysis by our team, export of the

country has firmed up by 52% during Jan to August 2015, as compared to same period last year i.e. Jan to August 2014. Compared to last month i.e. July 2015, export of the country has increased by 33% in the

month of August 2015. China export has hiked up by 217% in August 2015, as compared to same period last

year i.e. August 2014.

During the period January to July 2015, China imported 631492 MT of Bitumen from Singapore. The

country imported 83795 MT of Bitumen in January 2015, 62070 MT in February, 100772 MT in March, 121176 MT in April, 60662 MT in May, 122501 MT in June and 80516 MT in July 2015. During the period Jan to July

2014, China imported 557921 MT of Bitumen from Singapore. As per the data analysis by our team, import of

the country has increased by 13% during Jan to July 2015, as compared to the same period last year i.e. Jan

to July 2014. Compared to last month i.e. June 2015, import of the country has gone down by 34% in the

month of July 2015. China import of Bitumen from Singapore has increased by 9% in July 2015, as compared

to same period last year i.e. July 2014.

Current FOB bitumen bulk prices in Taiwan, reported in the range of USD 295 – 305 PMT and prices have

remained unchanged as compared to last week prices. Average FOB Taiwan Bitumen prices reported at USD 380 PMT in January 2015, while in February prices dipped down & prices reported at USD 315 PMT. Further

prices firmed up & prices reported at USD 335 PMT in March, USD 355 PMT in April, USD 375 PMT in May and

USD 390 PMT in June. Thereafter prices dipped down and prices reported at USD 365 PMT in July, USD 335 PMT in August and USD 285 PMT in September 2015. In current month i.e. October 2015, price of the product

have gone up by USD 15 PMT (5%) as compared to previous month price & reported at USD 300 PMT. Since

January 2015, prices have fall down by USD 80 PMT (21%) in October 2015.

In Japan, FOB bulk bitumen prices remained steady since last week price and are currently in the range of

USD 300 - 310 PMT. Average FOB Japan Bitumen prices were hovering around USD 385 PMT in January 2015,

while in February prices went down & prices reported at USD 315 PMT. Further prices jumped up & prices

reported at USD 335 PMT in March, USD 345 PMT in April, USD 365 PMT in May and USD 370 PMT in June.

Thereafter prices dipped down & prices reported at USD 360 PMT in July, USD 345 PMT in August and USD 300 PMT in September 2015. In current month i.e. October 2015, price of the product have increase by USD 5

PMT (2%) as compared to last month price and prices reported at USD 305 PMT. Since January 2015, prices

have dipped down by USD 80 PMT (21%) in October 2015.

During the period January to August 2015, Japan imported 266090 MT of Bitumen. The country imported

36208 MT of Bitumen in January 2015, 37991 MT in February, 57974 MT in March, 12806 MT in April, 27253 MT in May, 34712 MT in June, 29911 MT in July and 29235 MT in August 2015. During the period January to

August 2014, Japan imported 375394 MT of Bitumen. As per the data analysis by our team, import of the

country has decreased by 23% during Jan to August 2015, as compared to the same period last year i.e. January to August 2014. Compared to last month i.e. July 2015, import of the country has gone down by 2%

in the month of August 2015. Japan import has dipped down by 23% in August 2015, as compared to same

period last year i.e. August 2014.

Japan imported 29235 MT of Bitumen in the month of August 2015. Japan imported most of its bitumen

from different countries like 26089 MT (89%) from South Korea, 3008 MT (10%) from China and 138 MT from

Other countries.

During the period January to August 2015, Japan exported 44674 MT of Bitumen. The country exported

1109 MT of Bitumen in January 2015, 4071 MT in February, 141 MT in March, 13047 MT in April, 7225 MT in May, 8035 MT in June, 3072 MT in July and 7974 MT in August 2015. During the period January to August

2014, Japan exported 29595 MT of Bitumen. As per the data analysis by our team, export of the country has

gone up by 51% during January to August 2015, as compared to the same period last year i.e. January to August 2014. Compared to last month i.e. July 2015, export of the country has increased by 160% in the

month of August 2015. Japan export has hiked up by 163% in August 2015, as compared to same period last

year i.e. August 2014.

Japan exported 7974 MT of Bitumen in the month of August 2015. Japan exported most of its Bitumen to

different countries like 6901 MT (87%) to China, 1050 MT (13%) to Taiwan and 23 MT to Other Countries.

In Thailand, FOB bulk bitumen prices remained steady since last week price and are currently in the range

of USD 300 - 310 PMT. Average FOB Thailand Bitumen prices reported at USD 385 PMT in January 2015, while in February prices dipped down & prices reported at USD 310 PMT. Further prices surged up & prices reported

at USD 335 PMT in March, USD 365 PMT in April, USD 375 PMT in May and USD 385 PMT in June. Thereafter

prices dipped down & prices reported at USD 365 PMT in July, USD 315 PMT in August and USD 295 PMT in September 2015. In current month i.e. October 2015, price of the product have increase by USD 10 PMT (3%)

as compared to previous month price & reported at USD 305 PMT. Since January 2015, prices have gone down

by USD 80 PMT (21%) in October 2015.

During the period i.e. January to August 2015, Thailand imported 222615 MT of Bitumen. The country

imported 26346 MT of Bitumen in January 2015, 33558 MT in February, 48259 MT in March, 47726 MT in

April, 19030 MT in May, 20697 MT in June, 16615 MT in July and 10384 MT in August 2015. During the period i.e. January to August 2014, Thailand imported 114610 MT of Bitumen. As per the data analysis by our team,

import of the country has hiked up by 94% during Jan to August 2015, as compared to the same period last

year i.e. Jan to August 2014. Compared to last month i.e. July 2015, import of the country has gone down by 38% in the month of August 2015. Thailand import has dipped down by 23% in August 2015, as compared to

same period last year i.e. August 2014.

Thailand imported roughly 10384 MT of Bitumen in the month of August 2015. Thailand imported most of

its bitumen from different countries like 4793 MT (46%) from China, 4560 MT (44%) from Malaysia and 1030

MT (10%) from Singapore.

During the period i.e. January to August 2015, Thailand exported 307564 MT of Bitumen. The country

exported 46571 MT of Bitumen in January 2015, 23654 MT in February, 37165 MT in March, 43470 MT in

April, 40880 MT in May, 36016 MT in June, 41025 MT in July and 38784 MT in August 2015. During the period

i.e. Jan to August 2014, Thailand exported 320399 MT of Bitumen. As per the data analysis by our team,

export of the country has dipped down by 4% during Jan to August 2015, as compared to the same period

last year i.e. Jan to August 2014. Compared to last month i.e. July 2015, export of the country has decreased by 5% in the month of August 2015. Thailand export has gone up by 9% in August 2015, as compared to

same period last year i.e. August 2014.

Thailand exported 38784 MT of Bitumen in the month of August 2015.Thailand exported most of its

Bitumen to different countries like 21385 MT (55%) to China, 10015 MT (26%) to Australia, 5598 MT (14%)

to Vietnam, 1150 MT (3%) to Lao Republic 636 MT (2%) to Cambodia.

Current FOB bitumen bulk prices in South Korea are in the range of USD 285 – 295 PMT and price gone up

by USD 5 PMT as compared to last week prices. Average FOB South Korea Bitumen prices reported at USD 350 PMT in January 2015, while in February prices dipped down & prices reported at USD 315 PMT. Further

prices hiked up & prices reported at USD 340 PMT in March, USD 370 PMT in April and USD 375 PMT in May.

Further prices went down & prices reported at USD 360 PMT in June, USD 350 PMT in July, USD 325 PMT in August and USD 280 PMT in September 2015. In current month i.e. October 2015, price of the product have

increase by USD 10 PMT (4%) as compared to last month prices & reported at USD 290 PMT. Since January

2015, prices have gone down by USD 60 PMT (17%) in October 2015.

Current bitumen rack prices in Indonesia reported at around USD 410 PMT and prices gone down by

roughly USD 10 PMT as compared to last week prices. Average Domestic Rack Indonesia bitumen prices were hovering around USD 575 PMT in January 2015. Further prices went down & priced at USD 530 PMT in

February, USD 445 PMT in March and in April prices remained steady as compared to previous month price. In

May prices went up & prices reported at USD 455 PMT and in June & prices remained unchanged as compared to previous month price. Further prices dipped down & prices reported at USD 445 PMT in July, USD 440 PMT

in August and USD 420 PMT in September 2015. In current month i.e. October 2015, prices have gone down

by USD 10 PMT (2%) as compared to previous month prices & reported at USD 410 PMT. Since January 2015, prices have decrease by USD 165 PMT (29%) in October 2015.

During the period January to July 2015, Indonesia imported 350486 MT of Bitumen from Singapore. The country imported 44663 MT of Bitumen in January 2015, 33530 MT in February, 59788 MT in March,

34214 MT in April, 42619 MT in May, 60645 MT in June and 75117 MT in July 2015. During the period Jan to

July 2014, Indonesia imported 302296 MT of Bitumen from Singapore. As per the data analysis by our team, import of the country has increased by 16% during Jan to July 2015, as compared to the same period last

year i.e. Jan to July 2014. Compared to last month i.e. June 2015, import of the country has marked up by

24% in the month of July 2015. Indonesia import of Bitumen from Singapore has surged up by 20% in July 2015, as compared to same period last year i.e. July 2014.

Current CFR bitumen prices in Vietnam is in the range of USD 530 - 550 PMT and prices remained steady

as compared to last week prices. Average Domestic Vietnam CFR bitumen prices were hovering around USD 685 PMT in the month of January 2015, while further prices dipped down & prices reported at USD 640 PMT in

February. In March prices went down & prices reported at USD 550 PMT, while in April, May & June prices

remained steady as compared to previous month price. In July prices went down & prices reported at USD 540 PMT, while in August prices hiked up & prices reported at USD 560 PMT. Prices dipped down in September

2015 & prices reported at USD 540 PMT. In current month i.e. October 2015, price of the product have

remained steady as compared to last month price & reported at USD 540 PMT. Since January 2015, prices

have fallen down by USD 145 PMT (21%) in October 2015.

During the period January to July 2015, Vietnam imported 419726 MT of Bitumen from Singapore. The

country imported 71165 MT of Bitumen in January 2015, 56207 MT in February, 62335 MT in March, 75607 MT in April, 57872 MT in May, 51193 MT in June and 45347 MT in July 2015. During the period Jan to July

2014, Vietnam imported 198150 MT of Bitumen from Singapore. As per the data analysis by our team, import

of the country has surged up by 112% during Jan to July 2015, as compared to the same period last year i.e. Jan to July 2014. Compared to last month i.e. June 2015, import of the country has gone down by 11% in the

month of July 2015. Vietnam import of Bitumen from Singapore has increased by 37% in July 2015, as

compared to same period last year i.e. July 2014.

Drums Bitumen prices reported at USD 355 PMT in January 2015, while further in February prices dipped down & prices reported at USD 355 PMT and in March prices remained almost same as compared to previous

month price. Prices hiked up in April & prices reported at USD 375 PMT and in May prices remained steady as

compared to previous month price. Prices went up in June & prices reported at USD 380 PMT and in July prices remained almost same as compared to previous month price. Further prices went down & prices reported at

USD 365 PMT in August and USD 315 PMT in September 2015. In current month i.e. October 2015, price of

the product have remained status quo as compared to last month price & reported at USD 315 PMT. Since

January 2015, prices have decrease by USD 95 PMT (23%) in October 2015.

Iranian bitumen producers exported 24232 MT of bitumen on the Iran Mercantile Exchange from 16th September 2015 to 30th September 2015. Fara Shimi Rooz exported 5000 MT of grade 60/70 bitumen from

Bandar Abbas at an average price USD 295 PMT. Hormozan Oil exported 2000 MT of grade 60/70 bitumen

from Bandar Abbas at an average price USD 340 PMT. Ayegh Esfahan 2000 MT of grade 60/70 bitumen from Bandar Abbas at an average price USD 348 PMT. MTA Holding exported 9200 MT of grade 60/70 bitumen from

Bandar Abbas at an average price USD 380 PMT. Deipa Bitumen exported 1000 MT of grade 60/70 bitumen

from Ex-Tehran at an average price USD 335 PMT. Parisan Energy Industry exported 2000 MT of grade 60/70

bitumen from Bandar Abbas at an average price USD 280 PMT. Ghiran Pakhsh Star exported 600 MT of grade 60/70 bitumen from Ex-Tehran at an average price USD 295 PMT. Tabriz refinery exported 100 MT of grade

60/70 bitumen from Ex-Tabriz at an average price USD 271 PMT. Bam Gostar Zarin Shargh exported 300 MT

of grade 60/70 bitumen from Ex-Mashhad at an average price USD 300 PMT. Esfahan Ghir exported 1000 MT of grade 60/70 bitumen from Bandar Abbas at an average price USD 270 PMT. West Bitumen & Asphalt

exported 1000 MT of grade MC 30 bitumen from Ex-Kermanshah at an average price USD 687 PMT. West

Current FOB bitumen bulk prices in Bahrain reported at around USD 325 PMT and prices remained status quo as compared to last week prices. Average FOB Bahrain Bitumen prices reported at USD 425 PMT in

January 2015, while in February prices went down & prices reported at USD 380 PMT and in March prices

remained status quo as compared to previous month price. In April prices went down & prices reported at USD 350 PMT and in May prices remained almost same as compared to previous month price. In June prices firmed

up & prices reported at USD 380 PMT and in July prices remained steady as compared to previous month

price. In August prices went down & prices reported at USD 350 PMT and in September 2015 prices reported at USD 325 PMT. In current month i.e. October 2015, price of the product have remained steady as compared

to last month price & reported at USD 325 PMT. Since January 2015, prices have decrease by USD 100 PMT

(24%) in October 2015.

During the period January to August 2015, India imported 569681 MT of Bitumen. The country imported

61811 MT of bitumen in January 2015, 68997 MT in February, 102916 MT in March, 84513 MT in April, 84281

MT in May, 82198 MT in June, 46122 MT in July and 38843 MT in August 2015. During the period January to August 2014, India imported 301749 MT of Bitumen. As per the data analysis by our team, import of the

country has increased by 89% during Jan to August 2015, as compared to the same period last year i.e. Jan

to August 2014. Bitumen import of India has gone down by 16% in August 2015, as compared to last month

i.e. July 2015. Compared to same period last year i.e. August 2014, India Bitumen import has hiked up by 30% in August 2015.

India imported 38843 MT of Bitumen in the month of August 2015. India imported most of its Bitumen from different countries like 25209 MT (65%) from UAE, 5649 MT (15%) from Malaysia, 4491 MT (12%) from

South Korea, 3280 MT (8%) from Iran and 214 MT (1%) from Other countries. India imported most of the

quantity into Mundra it unloaded 22400 MT into Mundra which is almost 58% of the total imports in the month, 10154 MT (26%) into Kolkata, 4795 MT (12%) into JNPT, 500 MT (1%) into Pipavav, 425 MT (1%)

into Cochin, 295 MT (1%) into Chennai, 198 MT (1%) into Panki and 75 MT into Other ports.

During the period January to August 2015, India exported 77033 MT of Bitumen. The country exported

8263 MT of bitumen in January 2015, 12441 MT in February, 8463 MT in March, 8971 MT in April, 8474 MT in

May, 8328 MT in June, 8948 MT in July and 13145 MT in August 2015. During the period January to August 2014, India exported 54307 MT of Bitumen. As per the data analysis by our team, export of the country has

increased by 42% during Jan to August 2015, as compared to the same period last year i.e. Jan to August

2014. Bitumen export of India has gone up by 47% in August 2015, as compared to last month i.e. July 2015. Compared to same period last year i.e. August 2014, India Bitumen export has increased by 32% in August

2015.

India exported 13145 MT of Bitumen in the month of August 2015. India exported most of its Bitumen to different countries like 5600 MT (43%) to China, 3850 MT (29%) to Malaysia, 3675 MT (28%) to Indonesia

and 20 MT to Other countries. India exported most of the quantity from Kolkata; it shipped 13125 MT (100%)

from Kolkata and 20 MT from Other ports.

On 16th September 2015, IOC Current prices for Bitumen VG 10 (Bulk), VG 30 (Bulk) & VG 40 (Bulk)

grades have decrease by Rs.3520 PMT as compared to last one which was issued on 01st September 2015. Indian Oil Bitumen prices for VG 10 (Bulk) grade, prices in west coast refineries like Mumbai, Kochi and Koyali

reported at Rs.26680 PMT. Prices were oscillating around Rs.27880 PMT in Mathura, Rs.28180 PMT in Panipat,

Rs.25980 PMT in Haldia, Rs.26780 PMT in Chennai and Rs.27010 PMT in Barauni. Whereas for VG 30 (Bulk)

grade, prices in west coast refineries like Mumbai, Kochi and Koyali reported at Rs.27480 PMT. Prices were

oscillating around Rs.28680 PMT in Mathura, Rs.28980 PMT in Panipat, Rs.26780 PMT in Haldia, Rs.27580 PMT

in Chennai and Rs.27810 PMT in Barauni. Whereas for VG 40 (Bulk) grade, prices in west coast refineries like Koyali reported at Rs.28280 PMT. Prices were oscillating around Rs.27580 PMT in Haldia and Rs.28380 PMT in

Chennai.

On 16th September 2015, IOC Current Bitumen prices for VG 10 (Packed) & VG 30 (Packed) grades have

fall down by Rs.2720 PMT as compared to last one which was issued on 01st September 2015. Indian Oil

Bitumen prices for VG 10 (Packed) grade, prices in west coast refineries like Mumbai, Kochi and Koyali reported at Rs.30480 PMT. Prices were hovering around Rs.31680 PMT in Mathura, Rs.29780 PMT in

Haldia and Rs.30580 PMT in Chennai. Whereas for VG 30 (Packed) grade, prices in west coast refineries like

Mumbai, Kochi and Koyali reported at Rs.31280 PMT. Prices were oscillating around Rs.32480 PMT in Mathura,

Rs.30580 PMT in Haldia and Rs.31380 PMT in Chennai.

On 16th September 2015, IOC Current prices for Emulsion Bulk Rapid, Medium & Slow grade prices have

gone down by Rs.2140 - 2400 PMT as compared to last one which was issued on 01st September 2015. Indian Oil Bitumen prices for Emulsion (Bulk) rapid grade, prices reported at Rs.21890 PMT in Haldia refinery and

Rs.22260 PMT in Chennai. Whereas Emulsion (Bulk) medium grade prices were hovering around Rs.22090

PMT in Haldia. Emulsion (Bulk) slow grade prices were oscillating at Rs.21130 PMT in Haldia and Rs.23460 PMT in Chennai. Indian Oil Bitumen prices for Emulsion (Packed) rapid grade, prices reported at Rs.26110

PMT in Chennai. Whereas Emulsion (Packed) slow grade prices oscillating at Rs.27310 PMT in Chennai.

On 16th September 2015, IOC Current Bitumen prices for CRMB Bulk & Packed 55 & 60 grades prices have

decrease by Rs.2390 – 2450 PMT as compared to last week prices which was issued on 01st September 2015.

Bitumen prices for CRMB (Bulk) 55 grades, reported at Rs.30590 PMT in Koyali refinery. Prices were hovering

around Rs.32010 PMT in Panipat, Rs.29500 PMT in Haldia, Rs.32400 PMT in Mathura and Rs.30410 in Chennai. While CRMB (Packed) 55 grade prices reported at Rs.32750 PMT in Haldia. CRMB (Bulk) 60 grade, prices

reported at Rs.30960 PMT in Koyali, while prices of other locations were oscillating around Rs.32320 PMT in

Panipat, Rs.29770 PMT in Haldia and Rs.32640 PMT in Mathura and Rs.30660 PMT in Chennai, whereas CRMB (Packed) 60 grade priced at Rs.33020 PMT in Haldia.
