Best LLMLaw School Experience for Foreign Attorneys
The LLM in Global Antitrust at the Antonin Scalia Law School provided me with the
opportunity to interact on a daily basis with some of the world’s most renowned antitrust
scholars and practitioners. Their passion and insights permeate the program and
motivate students to engage in top-level class discussions and to participate in extra-
curricular activities. The program’s value is also evident in its proximity to Washington,
D.C., the heart of the antitrust world. The program’s high-level studies and networking
opportunities together have opened doors for me that would otherwise remain closed.
For example, I received the opportunity to do an internship at the Department of
International Affairs of the Federal Trade Commission.

The GAI was created to promote the application of sound economic analysis to competition enforcement around the world through:
• Economics Institutes, which are economic education programs for judges and competition enforcers from around the world.
• Competition Advocacy Program, which provides recommendations to U.S. and foreign competition agencies on draft laws and guidelines.
Scalia Law School offers an outstanding legal
education that invokes curiosity and passion in its
students (Learn), trains students to critically evaluate
prevailing orthodoxy and pursue new ideas (Challenge),
and, ultimately, prepares graduates to distinguish
themselves in their chosen fields (Lead).
OUR SCHOOL CAN BE DEFINED BY THREE WORDS: LEARN.CHALLENGE.LEAD.
Scalia Law School offers LLM students the opportunity to develop
specialized expertise in one of three possible areas of law: Law &
Economics; Global Antitrust Law & Economics; or Intellectual Property
Law. Alternatively, for those LLM students who completed their legal
