Single Column Workstation KitsThe efficient and economical way to meet ergonomic requirements. Each kit includes fixed or swing boom, trolley, tool balancer and sturdy mounting base. A variety of swing arms, two shown at right, may be added to make workstation even more functional.

Dual Column Workstation Kits Available with two straight or one curved tool rail, a choice of three mounting bases and a range of sizes. Easily accessorized with work lights, air manifolds, swing arms, bars to hold bin boxes, etc. Kits are shipped fully or partially assembled and include all hardware.

JibsBench, Floor or Ceiling MountedAssembly lines or floor based maintenance areas may be better served by swinging or fixed jibs rather than traditional work benches. If jibs are the answer to your workstation problem, Hubbell Workplace Solutions has a full range of sizes and styles with capacities from 30 to 300 lbs. The ceiling mounted style is especially suited to situations where the entire floor area must be kept clear. Overhead tool cranes are also available. Most booms are available without columns for wall or building column mounting.

Torq-Arms™ & Tool PositionersNeutralize Torque, Eliminate Tool LiftingAvailable for either air or electric tools, torque neutralizing arms and tool positioners support the weight of the tool and allow easy tool positioning while preventing transmission of rotational forces to workers hands or wrists. May be mounted to bench tops or added to single or dual column workstations.

Economical way to place parts bins within easy reach of assemblers. Position rack, adjust height and slope of conveyors and you are ready for production. Place ‘n Pick™ Shelf CartWhether the shelves are used for holding bins, as shown, work in process, or are put to some other use, this versatile cart is handy to have around. Available in four widths (30"–60"), the shelves may be mounted sloped or level and heights are fully adjustable. Includes four locking casters.

Push ‘n Place™Mobile WorkstationHere’s a way to maintain flexibility on the plant floor without sacrificing safety and productivity. Rolls easily to work benches, tables, conveyors, anywhere you need overhead support for tools. Includes air manifold which, when fitted with quick disconnect, can be hooked to air supply at the site.

Organize Your Work SiteQualtech™ Information, Documentation & Inspection Stands

DOCUMENT STANDSAvailable in in a wide range of sizes and configurations. All models have a writing surface with two clips and hinged, clear document protector. Wall mounted unit also available.

INFORMATION STANDS Feature 3-ring binder mechanisms to hold routing sheets, assembly details, etc. Available in several sizes and configurations. Standard models include steel pedestals with glides. Deluxe units include adjustable height stand with casters, locking storage compartment, and side tray. Panels are yellow high impact polystyrene.

INSPECTION STANDSInclude a cushioned work surface and back display panel with two clips for drawings. Deluxe version includes four locking casters, utility drawer, and clear hinged acrylic panels on display panel. Standard model has four glides.

KAIZEN EVENT DISPLAY STANDDesigned for Kaizen Planning Events, this “D” sized display will find multiple uses around the shop and office, wherever small group communication is necessary. It comes supplied with one laminated “D” size planning chart (for wipe-off markers) and five pre-printed paper charts. Three clips hold charts securely in place and a handy tray keeps markers within reach.
