In life, you can be absolutely sure of two things. One is that death will happen, and it's just a matterof time. Second, growing older takes a physical and mental toll on everyone. Handle everything lifethrows at you with ease by using these tips.
Turn that frown upside down to avoid wrinklesand lines. It may seem a little silly, but it'strue. If you notice yourself frowning often, itmay be time to think of a way to break thehabit. Eventually you will break yourself of thehabit.
