Meaning of a GIVE WAY Sign:

A GIVE WAY sign is a traffic sign.

A GIVE WAY sign is a regulatory sign.

A GIVE WAY sign is also known as YIELD sign.

A GIVE WAY Sign is mounted on the road to alert the driver of a vehicle

approaching a GIVE WAY sign to slow or stop and remain stationary to

give way to all other traffic which has entered or is approaching the

intersection .

1. The driver in this vehicle must

slow down and observe other

traffic approaching the

intersection.

2. The driver must stop to give

way and remain stationary, if

there is available traffic which

has entered the intersection or

approaching the intersection.
