    Daily sales report (DSR):

    The DSR is sent by the Store Managers to their respective RegionalOffices who forward it to the Operations Department in the Head Office.

    The DSR is circulated among all the Heads of Departments.

    Stock inventory: The stock inventory of the stores is reported everyday to the Head Office

    in the same way as the DSR.

    Conference: A national corporate conference is held annually which is attended by all

    the franchisees. The aim of the conference is to socialize with the

    associates of the company and also to motivate them to achieve more.

    Buyers meet: The Annual Buyers meet is held at the Head Office. All the franchisees are

    invited to select and purchase merchandise for their stores.
