In Roman circus of the 3rd and 4th a, the worthies of Democracy did not exist in the mind of the people. At that crisis, the Holly Fathers created a new kind of learning, based on motion and mimic. This learning was to start a revolution on Theatre. The Liturgic Drama was born, out of this supervisory learning in the Narthex and in the "Liti" of Eastern Church. Despite all the difficulties that the Liturgic Drama phased, it remained alive till the fall of Byzantine Empire. Broaden minded clerics of the West transcribed it for the Latin's. Priests in villages of Greece, which were under Ottoman capture, made the people, do not want leave the church, by organizing Liturgical Dramas "according to the ancient Tradition" That book - as you can understand by its title - has a special secularity; It focus on Liturgical Drama, as it started from the Liturgic Action of Church. The writer will be happy if this book becomes the reason for a lively - and a productive - conversation, which will enlighten ignored sites of Greek Medieval Theatre.
