Knife

Ginger (250 grams)

Black Pepper (3 tablespoon)

Water (1 liter)

Boiling Pan

Spray Bottles

Mortar and Pestle

Funnel

PROCEDUREChop the Ginger into small pieces

Pound it using Mortar and Pestle

Then put the Ginger into the Boiling Pan and Add 1 liter of water

Bring to boil

While boiling, set to low fire, add the powdered Black Pepper

Let it boil for 2-3 minutes, low fire

Put off the fire then let it cool
