We post all orders with Australia Post Click & Send, or eParcel.

If your order is not in the Australia Post network for Next Day Delivery, they will use the fastest possible transport links to get your order to you.  This option will still be faster than regular post.

Australia Post cannot guarantee fastest possible delivery times (ie Next Day Delivery) to locations outside the Express Post Network, or to remote locations which includes addresses in Western Australia. 

 If your address falls into this category, and you select Express Post your order will be sent via Priority Shipping, but it will not arrive next day.

Q: When will you post my order?

A: If you have placed your order before 2pm AEST on any business day then your order will be posted that day. If you have ordered after 2pm or on a weekend or public holiday it will be posted the very next business day.

Q: Do you post with Express Post?A: We sure do! Just check with Australia Post to see if you are in the Express Post network. If you aren't you will still get your order faster than normal as they will fly it to your nearest capital city and rail it from there cutting at least a few days off travel time. 

Q: I'm having troubles with my shopping cart and checkout?A: Try using our site with a different browser such us Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome or Safari. Unfortunately our site plays up with Explorer and try as we might we can't fix it.
