INTRODUCTION


ADMISSIONReed Gift Fairs is a TRADE ONLY event with entry only available to registered buyers of the gift and homewares industry. For complete details of our registration requirements or to pre-register, visit reedgiftfairs.com.au or call 02 9211 7544.

Pre-registration is encouraged to ensure express entry to the show. Pre-registered visitors will receive confi rmation of registration. This email will contain a barcode for scanning at the scanner stations for express entry to the show.

Alternatively, register onsite providing you produce appropriate documentation before 12pm on the fi nal day, Tuesday 23 September. As it is a trade only event, you will need to supply your ABN, two forms of business identifi cation and one form of personal identifi cation to verify participation within the industry.

If suffi cient documentation cannot be produced, registration (and therefore entry) will not be permitted. If you are unsure whether your documentation is acceptable, contact Registrations prior to the fair, on 02 9211 7544.

Attendance is free for registered buyers. Reed Gift Fairs is not open to the public. Current holders of a Gift Industry Card (GIC) can scan their GIC upon arrival at any of our scanner stations to receive a show badge which is valid for the entirety of the fair.

CHILDREN & BABIESAs Reed Gift Fairs is a TRADE ONLY event, children under 14 are not permitted entry. Babies (aged 0-2) are permitted provided they are carried or in a pram at all times and receive approval from Reed Exhibitions Australia. There is not a childrens activity centre available at the Sydney Exhibition Centre @ Glebe Island.

GUESTSEach registered buyer may bring one accompanying guest to assist with their ordering, except on the fi nal day (Tuesday 23 September) when no guests will be permitted. Guests are required to collect a guest sticker from registration each day that they attend and must be accompanied by a registered buyer at all times.

PHOTO ID SCANNINGA condition of entry to the fair is that all registered exhibitors and visitors will have their photo taken upon entry. This security measure is to protect the integrity of Reed Gift Fairs by ensuring registered visitors only can attend. In the case of refusal of this policy, Reed Exhibitions reserves the right to refuse entry or may request that alternative Photo ID be shown.

THE PLATINUM & VIP LOUNGE For the exclusive use of our Platinum & VIP members, the lounge offers comfort and convenience on the show fl oor, available to plan appointments, network with fellow members and enjoy light refreshments. Located in Hall 3 on the show fl oor, entry is permitted upon presentation of the Platinum or VIP Club Card.

I would like to drive to the new venue, how will I know where to go? Look out for clearly marked RTA signage that will direct you to Sydney Exhibition Centre @ Glebe Island.

If the parking at Sydney Exhibition Centre @ Glebe Island is full, where can I park? If the parking is full, clear signage on approach to the venue will direct you to another parking station close by. You can also PARK & RIDE by parking at any of the parking stations around Darling Harbour and catching the complimentary bus or ferry straight to the venue.

Will there be a taxi rank onsite?Yes there will be a taxi rank onsite with a taxi concierge service making it easier for you to get to your destination.

Can I catch a water taxi? There is no water taxi access directly to the venue. Ferries direct to the venue leave from Darling Harbour.

Will there be places to eat and drink at the venue? Yes, there will be a caf at the venue. There will also be a Lounge for our Platinum and VIP visitors.

Is there accommodation close to the Sydney Exhibition Centre @ Glebe Island? Yes, you can stay at any of the hotels that you have stayed at previously. For the best deals on accommodation visit our partner Ozaccom+ Group on our website.

Jump in a TAXI to the Sydney Exhibition Centre @ Glebe Island, Ask the taxi driver to take you to the Sydney Exhibition Centre @ Glebe Island, James Craig Road, Rozelle. Travel time is approximately 30 minutes from Sydney Airport, 10-15 minutes from the CBD, 10 minutes from The Rocks and 6 minutes from Darling Harbour.
