Recommended Application (for external use only): Apply 2 pumps daily (1 pump in AM and 1 pump 2 hours prior to bedtime) on area that has no hair or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. G.I. Hist Support™ is a formula designed to assist patients who have trouble processing external sources of histamine rich foods and nutritional elements. This formula is especially helpful for those with genetic weaknesses in A01C (Diamine Oxidase), the main enzyme responsible for the degradation of ingested histamine.*

Common symptoms of histamine intolerance include:
