I was born on May 16, 1968 in Lugansk in a simple working-class family, my father was a chauffeur, and my mother was a confectioner on a bread-baking complex. I was the firstborn in my family, also have a younger brother. Attraction to the creativity and drawing appeared very early. As far as I remember myself, it was always interesting for me to build something, paint, and learn unfamiliar stuff. I remember very clearly my first watercolor paints, shapeless brushes and a little cruet stand for water...Once, in early childhood, walking with my father in the park, we saw artists working en plein air and came up to one of them, he was sitting on a folding chair and with a pencil was sketching a thick trunk of an oak on a paper. And I was so surprised to see, and I didn't understand, how is it possible to transfer a rough bark of the tree so minutely and authentically! I remember my father's words: "study, in winter you will sit at home in warmth and paint". Maybe this meeting and his words became the starting point in a boy's life.In a childhood, parents often send their children to different clubs, but in my life there were three visits to the gym, and all the rest was art. At the beginning of an academic year in third grade, an artist came to our school and invited  children to study in the art room. We assembled a team of several people, and as our lessons in a secondary school were at second shift, so we moved into "the pioneers' house" in the morning . So it began, my professional way, my first elements of art. After my first year of studying in the art studio me and my friend entered a children's art school by chance, because my friend's parents decided that he had to continue his studies at art school

. Four years at art school and same time after graduating secondary school, I continue education in the Voroshilovgrad State Art School (1983 - 1987.).Then, two years of military service in the border guards troops. After the army I tried to enter the Kosygin's Moscow Textile Institute, I wanted to become a designer, but I couldn’t, now i can't even imagine what would happen if I did. Then I had to try myself at various guises: the artist-graphic designer at a small private company, and in difficult 90s I worked as a miner, then Lead blaster, cooperated with a law firm, was a director of an art gallery, sales manager, was a head of advertising and public Affairs' department. But all the free time and times when I was unemployed, I always took my brush and started painting! Since 2000, I do not release the brush from my hand and constantly engaged only in painting, improving my skills year by year . Realism, mainly plein air landscape and still life attracts me. I am trying to get close to the absolute color accuracy, transferring color, tone, materiality, the mood and state of nature, it’s charm and character. In 1996 I became a member of the Lugansk’s Creative Union of Craftsmen   and Artisans. In 2003, I became a member of the Creative Artists Union of Russia and the International Federation of Artists. Since 2006 I have worked closely with the Kiev Gallery "Globe" and participate in all exhibitions, both in Ukraine and abroad. Also since 2006, I work closely with the "Gallery Russia" in America.
