Terms And Conditions1. TITLE Title to the Unit purchased will remain in the Seller until the agreed upon purchase price is paid in full in cash, or Buyer has signed a retail installment contract and it has been accepted by a bank or finance company, at which time title will pass to Buyer even though the actual delivery of the Unit may be made at a later date, and, vehicle title shall be subject to a lien to secure all of the financed price, plus any other amount added thereto. 2. CHANGES BY MANUFACTURER. The Buyer understands and acknowl-edges that Seller or the manufacturer or manufacturers of the Unit may make any changes in the model, or the designs, or any accessories or parts from time to time and a`t any time. If the manufacturer does make changes, neither the Seller nor the manufacturer is obligated to make the same change in the Unit the Buyer is purchasing under this purchase agreement, either before or after it is delivered to Buyer. 3. DELAYS. Seller shall not be liable for any delays caused by manufacturer due to, accidents, strikes, fires, or any other cause beyond Seller's reason-able control. 4. THE SELLER HEREBY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL WAR-RANTIES, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND SELLER NEITHER ASSUMES NOR AUTHORIZES ANY OTHER PERSON TO ASSUME FOR IT ANY LIABILITY IN CONNECTION WITH THIS SALE OF ANY OR ALL SAID PRODUCTS. 5. CONTROLLING LAW, VENUE AND ARBITRATION CLAUSE: Any and all controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this contract, or any claimed breach thereof, shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the commercial rules of the American Arbitration Association, under the Federal Arbitration Act ("FAA")-(9USC 1, ET SEQ) and judgment upon the award rendered by the sole arbitrator may be entered in any court having ju-risdiction thereof. The law of the State of Texas shall govern this Agreement. Venue of any proceeding shall always be in Harris County, Texas including the arbitration process which is to occur in Harris County, Texas.

Fill out the Cricket outfitting sheet (included here) and e-mail or fax it to Princess Craft. After a friendly phone call to confirm your personal design needs, a purchase agreement and a 30% deposit is required. Financing is available. Please ask us to learn more!

step 3: Enjoy

Within ten weeks of your Cricket's production launch, your personally-designed Crick-et will be available for pick up or delivery to your door (okay, your driveway).

integrates your living, sleeping, and storage spaces

into one seamless, easy to use environment. (For more

2. Countertop & Cabinets: With 12 square feet of

countertop, camp cooking has never been so comfort-

able. Six cubbies - large and small - provide ample

storage for all of your pantry needs. Sealed birch

plywood construction makes this cabinet as beautiful

as it is functional.

3. Stainless Steel Sink: Cricket’s sink faucet cleverly

tucks into its 15” diameter and 6” deep basin when

not in use. A glass cover folds down flush over the

entire unit, creating an extended counter space when

needed.

4. Multi-Position Table: The table sweeps into different

positions, transforming the lounge for dining, relaxing,

Cricket® V-Berth: $14,330 1577lbs Perfect for friends, couples, and families. This lounge model features full-width benches that conceal storage beneath. Keep the table up to make a divided sleeping area that accomodates two adults or drop the table to bed level to make a family bed for two adults and one small child. Add the optional Kids’ Berths (not shown) to accomodate a family of four. The rotating table top makes it easy to get in and out of the booth-style seating and to achieve the ideal angle for laptop use.

Cricket® Folding Couch: $14,330 1376lbs Perfect for going solo or for traveling as a couple. Just like that futon you had in college, the folding couch lounge switches easily between soft couch and comfy bed. The table pivots over the couch to hold coffee or crosswords and slides to the side as a nightstand when the bed is pulled out.
