2. Click on the LoadTemplate icon

Click on the topic. Itwill be presented in

the Focus box

The topic is presentedin the Focus box

Click on thePlay template

The questions areloaded in theTeamspace

The questions are loaded in the

Teamspace

Click on the closebutton to exit theTemplate Editor

Click on the first question to send

it to the Agenda box

Host a session

Click on the Host Meeting

icon

Click No. The Facilitator

Login box will be presented

2. Type the newMeeting name

1. Type yourname here. Thedefault name is

‘Facilitator’

C. Click Join to begin

Wait for others to connect:

Join a sessionas a participant

Click the JoinMeeting icon tobe a participant

1. Type yourname here. Thedefault name is‘Team Member’

2. Scroll downto find the thename of themeeting youwish to join. Click on the

name.

3. Click the Joinbutton to begin

Wait for others to connect:

You are connectedto a meeting if

your name is on aPlayspace bar and

the button bar iconsare greyed out

Generate ideas

All participantstype ideas in

their Playspace,then press F9

Participantscontribute more

ideas with F9

The facilitatorclicks the Show/Hide

Playspaces iconto maximise

the Teamspace

Click on theThemes iconto start the

sensemakingprocess

The particpantsread all the ideas

The facilitator typesa request for the

participants to submit key themes then

clicks OK

Click on the Show/Hide

Playspaces iconto display thePlayspaces.

button.

The next question is presented.The facilitator repeats the

same process for each questionuntil the session is completed… then…

Leave a session

To leave a sessionthe facilitator andparticipants each

click theDisconnect icon

Click the Yes button to leave the meeting.

Click No to return.

When a participant disconnects, the button

bar becomes available and the names are removedfrom the Playspace bars.
