For your educational goalsInternational Scholarship & Tuition Services (ISTS)To help you shoulder the cost of continuing your education, we’ll provide financial reimbursement for approved courses and materials, up to $8,000 per year, through ISTS. This educational assistance program allows you to develop your career with comprehensive educational assistance resources—from free advising to discounts and reimbursements for career-related education and training.

ISTS also has a partnership with a nonprofit called InsideTrack to provide confidential individualized career coaching to help employees navigate a successful career plan and educational journey. A professional, internal program support team and call center can help employees complete the process. By enrolling in this program, you’ll have complimentary access for three consecutive months to the following:

• Career coaching support from InsideTrack to plan and prioritize your professional goals, and ensure the courses you’re interested in match your career goals

• Two-way messaging for quick answers and insider tips from your Career Coach

• Interactive content modules to help expand your career-related knowledge and skills

• Mobile app to stay connected on the go

• The ISTS Tuition Discount Network, which offers reduced tuition rates, a free transfer credit evaluation and more
