HikingWalking trails, for a stroll or an excursion : they are easy to reach, require only wal-king shoes, and present no real difficulties. Yellow signs.

Mountain trails, leading to the passes, the peaks, and the high ridges and giving access to mountain huts and refuges : these trails are demanding and call for great caution. Equipment must be suitable for the weather conditions and proper mountain boots are essential. Signs with white-red-white tip.
