GET PREPARED FOR YOUR FIRST JOB Are you a secondary school or university student looking to apply for internships or fulltime jobs for the first time? If so, you may find yourself pondering, “How do I even beginfinding the career path that best suits me?”.

ARCH is here to help! Our Career Advisory Program during Summer 2020 is designed toboost your confidence, prepare you for job interviews and help you impress your futureemployers.

The immersive intensive training program comprises of three main components:

During the intensive 30-hour Skills Training Workshops, including psychometric tests toidentify your personality traits, CV & cover letter drafting and mock interviews, you willlearn the critical skills that are essential to success and transferrable to any career aspirationyou may have.

From our speakers, including a senior HR practitioner, a corporate founder and a start-up entrepreneur, you will learn what skills employers are looking for, how technologyis shaping the workplace, and the major differences between entrepreneurship and working in a large corporation.

Upon passing interviews, you will be given the opportunity to intern at one our corporatepartners in various industries including retail, property, marketing, technology, accountingand more.

Interns will get to ride the wave of Chow Tai Fook’s creationof the new retail ecosystem. Interns will be paired with customer experience innovators and business transformers to taste how to drive intrapreneurship and customer-centric, data-driven digital transformation process.

Chow Tai Fook

Interns will be assigned to one of the business units of the New World Group. University students will have the chance to gain entrepreneurial exposure, as well as to participatein business visits, corporate events and mentor & buddy programmes. Secondary school students will have the chan-ce to gain hands-on work exposure, as well as to network with colleagues, which will aid the calibration of their inte-rests and career aspirations.

New World Development

Interns will work with the digital media team within a varieddigital marketing role with the opportunity to engage a range of brands across industries. Specific tasks include creative ideation and content generation, strategizing for social media activities, and market and competitive research.

OpenMinds

One intern with a business background will participate in the execution of various business workstreams, including sales outreach, marketing and customer success. One internwith a computer science background will participate in product development and engineering, designing and creating modern technologies.

Toasty

Interns will assist in the preparation of financial statements for various corporations in accordance with the Hong Kong Financial Reporting Standards, as well as conducting profit tax computation and company secretarial work.
