Guts-n-Butts is one of our most popular classes. Not only does the workout burn your belly and tone your back muscles, it also targets your entire lower body (especially your butt!) Hip Hop Express yourself with dance using the latest moves to the best hip hop music. Instructor has years of dance experience and sick moves that will challenge your body and mind! Jump A high intensity interval class using trampolines, BOSUs, and jump ropes. Instructor provides various exercises to meet the needs of all fitness levels, providing the ultimate calorie burning workout. Pilates A unique conditioning class that strengthens muscles you never knew existed! Our master instructor focuses on strengthening your major muscles groups (especially ABS) that give you that tone and tighten every inch of your body. Pilates Reformer This unique class is designed in a small group setting. Equipment is designed to target those trouble areas while increase your flexibility, muscle tone and overall stamina. Class size is limited, please arrive at least 5 minutes early. RAD The RAD class is a national program of self-defense tactics and techniques taught for women only. The goal of RAD is to provide realistic self-defense options for women, regardless of their fitness level. This is a free program offered by the UWG Police, taught in our Group Exercise rooms. This class is intended for those ladies who want to come in, dance, be sexy, and not be judged. Don’t worry, clothes stay on! Instructors design the class to be fun and playful, while getting a great cardio workout. FEMALES ONLY Spinnning® Bring a towel and water bottle, this is the ultimate calorie-burning, sweat producing class you will attend! This indoor cycling class provides various terrains to ride, challenging your lower body without the high impact. No special shoes are required. In a hurry? Try our SPIN EXPRESS class! Step & Sculpt This low-impact class uses step platforms to help firm up your backside. Instructors use hand weights, bars, and wrap up the class with abs. Thunder Thighs A class devoted to the lower body, especially the inner and outer thighs. From the arch of your foot, through your calves, all the way up to your backside….you will feel and see the difference in a short period of time! Ultimate Abs is strictly devoted to the core. Lower back and belly muscles are challenged for 20-30 minutes. Intermediate to advanced fitness levels Yoga Increase strength and flexibility by practicing a variety of poses. Improve balance and tone energy muscle in your body. Each instructor has their own style of yoga. Make sure to try different instructors! Zumba® Ditch the workout and join the party! A hi-energy dance class that is inspired by Latin music and dance moves. Classes fill up quickly, so please arrive early!
