Batch Article Creator

1) Select files - Opens a new dialog window to select files to use. 2) Select folders - Opens a new dialog window to select folders to

use. 3) Batch create - Creates the selected number of articles using the

selected options.

Page 29: Get Article Pro DocumentationGet Article Pro Documentation ... showing the whole process using WinRar (the steps are similar with other archive programs as well). Get Article Pro User

4) Use 1st sentence - Only the first sentence from each article is going to be used when creating new articles.

5) Use 1st paragraph - Only the first paragraph from each article is going to be used when creating new articles.

6) Use longest sentence - Only the longest sentence from each article is going to be used when creating new articles.

7) Use longest paragraph - Only the longest paragraph from each article is going to be used when creating new articles.

8) Use random sentences - The new articles will contain random sentences (this can include first/longest sentence).

9) Use random paragraphs - The new articles will contain random paragraphs (this can include first/longest paragraph).

10) # Sentences - Number of sentences for the new articles. This can be either a static number or random. The format for random number is X-Y where X is the start number and Y is the end number (e.g. 15-30 it will choose randomly between 15 and 30 and use that number for sentences)

11) # Paragraphs - Number of paragraphs for the new articles. This can be either a static number or random. The format for random number is X-Y where X is the start number and Y is the end number (e.g. 15-30 it will choose randomly between 15 and 30 and use that number for paragraphs)

12) # Articles - Exact number of new articles. 13) Min words - Minimum number of words for the new articles.

If a article does not meet the criteria it's not added to the list. 14) Max words - Maximum number of words for the new

articles. Best way to use is, to set the # sentences/paragraphs to 99, and when the articles reaches the desired amount of words,

Page 30: Get Article Pro DocumentationGet Article Pro Documentation ... showing the whole process using WinRar (the steps are similar with other archive programs as well). Get Article Pro User

it'll be added, otherwise if you set 20 sentences and the article words are way lower than the desired amount, it'll still be added. It's possible to generate articles with amount of words greater than the desired, because the algorithm performs this check: (max words - current words count) < 15 This means if the article has currently 480 words and you've set maximum 500 (500 – 480 is 20 which is bigger than 15) it'll add another sentence/paragraph and there is a chance that the article will have over 500 words.

15) Only uniques - Each sentence/paragraph will be used only once and after that it's removed from the pool of sentences/paragraphs. If the option is not used, a sentence/paragraph can be used more than once in the articles.

16) Min words sentences - Minimum number of words for a sentence. If the sentence has lower words count it's not added to the pool.

17) Max words sentences - Maximum number of words for a sentence. If the sentence has greater words count it's not added to the pool.

18) Insert new paragraph after # sentences - How many sentences to use before starting a new paragraph. This option greatly increases readability of the articles.

19) # sentences for paragraph start - This can be either a static number or random. The format for random number is X-Y where X is the start number and Y is the end number (e.g. 3-6 it will choose randomly between 3 and 6 and when that number of sentences is reached, a new paragraph will start)

Page 31: Get Article Pro DocumentationGet Article Pro Documentation ... showing the whole process using WinRar (the steps are similar with other archive programs as well). Get Article Pro User

20) Min words paragraphs - Minimum number of words for a paragraph. If the paragraph has lower words count it's not added to the pool.

21) Max words paragraphs - Maximum number of words for a paragraph. If the paragraphs has greater words count it's not added to the pool.

22) Use titles – If the scraped articles have titles, those titles will be used in the newly created articles.

23) Deletes selected article. 24) Deletes all created articles. 25) Previews in a new window the selected article. 26) Saves created articles in TXT format. 27) Saves created articles in HTML or TXT format, but replaces

new lines with "<br>".

6) Use only sentences for spintaxing.

7) # of sentences for each article - This can be either a static number or random. The format for random number is X-Y where X is the start number and Y is the end number (e.g. 25-50 it will choose randomly between 25 and 50 and use that number of sentences for the new article)

8) Minimum words for a sentence. If the sentence has a lower number of words than the chosen limit then it won't be added to the pool.

9) Maximum words for a sentence. If the sentence has a greater number of words than the chosen limit then it won't be added to the pool.

10) Use only paragraphs for spintaxing.

11) # of paragraphs for each article - This can be either a static number or random. The format for random number is X-Y where X is the start number and Y is the end number (e.g. 5-10 it will choose randomly between 5 and 10 and use that number of paragraphs for the new article)

12) Minimum words for a paragraph. If the paragraph has a lower number of words than the chosen limit then it won't be added to the pool.

13) Maximum words for a paragraph. If the paragraph has a greater number of words than the chosen limit then it won't be added to the pool.

14) How many sentences/paragraphs each {} will have. Minimum is 2 and maximum is 20. The bigger the number the longer it will take to create each article.

15) When checked it will start a new paragraph when the chosen number of sentences are added. It's strongly recommended to use this option to improve readability of the new articles. The option is only available for sentences. This can be either a static number or random. The format for random number is X-Y where X is the start number and Y is the end number (e.g. 3-6 it will choose randomly between 3 and 6 and when that number of sentences is reached, a new paragraph will start)

16) Number of articles to create. The bigger the number the more time it will take to create the articles.

17) Each sentence/paragraph will be used only once and after that it's removed from the pool of sentences/paragraphs. If the option is not used, a sentence/paragraph can be used more than once in the articles. This option will increase the time needed to create the new articles.

Tips and tricks

1) If you are not using proxies then it is recommended to set some “sleep between threads” between 15 and 45 seconds and set low threads number like 10. This way article directories(especially Ezine and GoArticles) will not block your IP temporary from accessing the site.

2) To get more relevant articles use the option “Search both in title and content” and also use quotes for searches “keyword”.

3) The SpinnerChief API documentation is not as clear as The Best Spinner’s so if some option is not so descriptive, it’s best to try it.

4) When using the Spintaxer, you can double-click on any article and get a idea how the article will look once spinned and how many words it will have.
