• TS/S geotextiles are mechanically bonded continuous-filamentnonwovens made from 100% UV-stabilised polypropylene.

• Benefits: The mechnical properties of TS/S guarantee extremeresistance to installation damage, excellent hydraulic propertiesand outstanding long-term performance.

• Application: TS/S is especially suited as a separator in subgradestabilisation, and is therefore extensively used in road andrailway construction, as well as in all types of drainage systems.

TS/S RANGE F RANGE

• F filter fabrics are geocomposites, consisting of two layers ofmechanically bonded continuous-filament nonwoven made from100% polypropylene.

• Benefits: One filament layer is designed as a filter, the other as aprotection layer preventing mechanical damage to the filter. Theoptimised opening size ensures excellent long-term filterperformance. F is particularly suitable in cases where criticalsoils place high demands on the filter properties of thegeotextile, or when high mechanical stresses are expected.

• Application: F is used in river-bank and bed protection, coastalprotection, land reclamation and dike construction.

• P geotextile protection layers are mechanically bonded continuous-filament nonwovens made from 100% UV stabilised polypropylene.

• Benefits: In addition to its high mechanical protection efficiency,P affords excellent chemical and biological resistance. P hasgood drainage characteristics, and is easily installed.

• Application: P geotextiles offer long-term protection forgeomembranes in landfills, tunnels and reservoirs.

• Geolon PE are woven geotextiles made from UV stabilisedpolyethylene.

• Benefits: Geolon PE is specially designed for filtration purposeswhere long term high water flow performance is required.Geolon PE can be prefabricated into tailor made panels.

• Application: Drainage, erosion protection of riverbanks, shorelines and sea bottoms, as well as soil stabilisation for breakwaters,groynes and dams.

• Rock PEC is a geocomposite, consisting of continuous filamentnonwoven and high tenacity polyester yarns

• Benefits: Rock PEC is characterised by high tensile strengthcombined with good in plane permeability. It is mainly usedfor the reinforcement of cohesive soils, where its drainagefunction promotes an increase in shear strength. The nonwovencomponent protects the high tenacity yarns from damage, andits separation function means that Rock PEC can be used betweenfine-grained and coarse-grained soils.

• Application: Rock PEC is used for reinforced soil structures andfor subgrade stabilisation.

• TenCate Miragrid GX is a geogrid, made from high tenacitypolyester, and has a polymeric coating.

• Benefits: GX is characterised by high tenacity strength at lowelongation and excellent friction properties opposite coarse-grained soil. It is therefore mainly used for the reinforcementof non cohesive soils.

• Application: GX is used in subgrade stabilisation and theconstruction of roads and railways, for slope reinforcement inlandfills, and for retaining structures, including those withfacings made from prefabricated concrete blocks.

• Geolon PET series are woven geotextiles made from polyesteryarns.

• Benefits: Geolon PET has excellent creep and frictioncharacteristics. These high modulus fabrics are limiting longterm deformations in soil structures.

• Applications: Embankments on soft soil or over cavities, piledembankment constructions.

GEOLON PET RANGE

• Geolon PP are woven geotextiles made from polypropylene.Geolon PP is optionally available with loops and long lifeadditives for under water applications.

• Benefits: Geolon PP has high tensile strength, very low elongationand excellent chemical resistance. It can be prefabricated intotailormade panels.

• Applications: Soil stabilisation for breakwater and groynes, roadand railways.

• Envirofelt CO is a biologically degradable erosion-protection matmade from 100% natural coir.

• Benefits: Envirofelt CO supports the growth of vegetation onslopes by preventing surface erosion and optimising the micro-climate. Its life expectancy of up to five years ensures protectionduring the root development phase. Envirofelt CO supports thedevelopment of natural vegetation which then fulfills a permanenterosion protection function.

• Application: Envirofelt CO is used for all kinds of slopes whichhave to be protected against surface erosion.

• Polymat erosion protection mat are monofilament geomats madefrom polypropylene, with or without geogrid reinforcement.

• Benefits: The structure with its extremely high voids contentreinforces the upper 1 to 2 cm of the soil, thereby preventingsurface erosion on slopes and offering permanent support totopsoil and vegetation.

• Application: Polymat is used especially on steep along roadsand railways, and in landfills covers.
