Listed below are Georgia Infantry casualties at the Battle of Champion Hill, which took place on May 15, 1863. Confederate records, to say the least, are not totally accurate. However, some records are better than no records. Most of the captured Confederates were sent to Ft. Delaware Prison in Delaware and either died, were paroled, or exchanged. Please note that I have entered the name of several soldiers who were captured at Edward’s Station, MS. within several days after the battle.
