About Us

Georg Fischer is 210 year old Swiss multinational, having presence in more than 100 countries

and 3 continents. The high quality precision products of +GF+ are known for its standards and is

benchmark in itself. Piping System is the division of GF Corporation and is engaged in

manufacture and supply of plastic Piping for safe and secure conveyance of various

applications across industries. In India, Head office is situated in Mumbai ,with sales offices in

metro cities , manufacturing plant at Ratnagiri,Maharashtra ,with technically equipped Service

Centre to offer after sales Support at Mumbai.

Apart from state of the art products, we provide fusion machines on rent; Machine repair and

calibration support. In addition, we have a pool of well trained professionals for execution of

quality installations and after sales service support for instrumentation and automated valves.

1. Training

Georg Fischer has a policy of providing free of cost training to all the machine users. This facility

is made available at our specified locations, with prior appointment. Technical training is

continuous process at +GF+ in order to update the users on various technical aspects of fusion

jointing with product knowhow and up-gradation. The training is designed to impart our

Customers, contractors & welders the right technical inputs and information to use our product

range.

The training on request would be arranged with prior confirmation of one week.

2. Repair & Calibration

We provide repairs and calibration service at our service center throughout the year and once a

quarter at our Ahmedabad location. The process of calibration of Electrofusion machine is done

by cross checking the performance of the jointing quality using various high-end sophisticated

software in order to confirm the accuracy of calibration.

The calibration of machines is further supported and certified by test reports confirming quality

standards.

The company’s stringent policy of Quality makes it mandatory to use +GF+ spare parts while

repairing the machine to enhance the quality performance with added assurance of tests being

done according to agreed guidelines for checking and calibration of machines.

3 Rental Machines

It has been our commitment to train and authorize professionals who undergo rigorous training

for operation and proper utilization of machines.

As an add-on to our services of providing machines on rent, we take utmost care of testing and

repairing the defects and replacing it with original spares.

4. Sales Support (Signet & Automated Valves)

Our authorised and technically competent service engineers provide calibration, functionality

testing, installation for smooth working with back up onsite support for Signet and Automated

valves product range.

The pre-certified sensors and instruments with test certificates are dispatched to customers .In

absence of any precertification process, +GF+ India has the technical knowhow to provide the

certifications.

For products under warranty period, testing facility is available at our service center.

5. CoE – Centre of Excellence

It is our endeavor to establish Centre of Excellence to cater to our esteemed customers in the

state of the art technology.

6. Customized Products

Our plant at Ratnagiri is equipped with the technical competence to provide customized

products services depending on the client’s requirements. The state of the art technology at the

plant enables production and assembly of products which are not readily available in the

market.

In our constant pursuit of providing indigenous and customized offers to our customers, our
