INTRODUCTION
East West Resources Ltd and Canadian Golden Dragon Ltd optioned a block of mining
claims from Perry English of Red Lake Ontario. It consists of 6 unpatented mining claims 75 units
located in Satterly Township, Red Lake Mining Division.
East West Resources Ltd and Canadian Golden Dragon Ltd requested Dan Patrie
Exploration Ltd., to do a limited exploration consisting of a geophysics program consisting of line
cutting and induced polarization survey. The survey began on May 13, 1998 to May 19 1998.
SUMMARY AND RECOMMENDATIONS
The Satterly Property is located in the Northern part of the Birch Lake area, Red Lake
Mining Division, Patricia Portion, District of Kenora, Ontario approximately 75 kilometers east of
Red Lake. Prospecting activity began in the area in 1926 and continiued through the 40s with the
main accent being on the search for economic gold mineralization.
The supra crustal rocks of the area are Archean (Early-Precambrian) in age and are from
2.9 to 2.7 b. y. old. These units which form the Birch-Uchi Lake metavolcanic belt, are enclosed
in an envelope of granitic rocks within the Uchi Subprovince of the Canadian shield.
Beakhouse (1985) indicates that the area has high potential for the discovery of base metal
massive sulphide and gold deposits. He considers the most favorable areas for base metal sulphide
deposits are the lenses of felsic metavolcanics, and the most favorable environments for gold
mineralization are; sheared zones associated with major faults and deformation zones particularly
where alteration veining and disseminated sulphides are present and areas within and marginal to
the fine grained high level felsic intrusions.
Page 2
A total of 23.2 kilometers of induced polarization was surveyed. The survey indicated
areas of high chargeability anomalies which could host massive sulphides or precious metals.
Due to the lack of geological information, the following programs are recommended to
complete the evaluation.
1. Completion of grid lines over all of property.
2. Magnetometer and VLF survey on existing grid.
3. Completion of induced polarization survey over all of property.
4. Compiling past and present data for possible drill targets. #
Following the completion of this work and contingent upon the results, additional work
could be considered to further evaluate the property for gold and base metal mineralization.
The following report summarizes the results obtained from the work carried out during the
current exploration program and the interpretation is speculative.
Respectfully submitted,
Daniel F. Patrie
Geology and Geophysics Technologist

PROPERTY. LOCATION AND ACCESS
The Satterly property is located on Birch Lake in the central portion of Satterly township,
approximately 103 km (64 miles) east-northeast of Red Lake, Ontario, in the District of Kenora,
Patricia Portion, Red Lake Mining Division.
Float plane or helicopter, available in Red Lake provide access to the area.
Recently constructed logging roads from Ear Falls up the South Bay road provide access
in winter to approximately l hour by snow machine to the property.
CLAIM DESCRIPTION
*i
The property consists of 6 unpatented mining claims (62 units) situated in Satterly

GEOLOGY
REGIONAL GEOLOGY
The area is underlain by Archean supra crustal rocks of the Birch-Confederation Lakes
Greenstone Belt in the western portion of the Uchi Subprovince. Preliminary mapping of the area
was undertaken by Thurston et al, (1981) who outlined a 1.5 km thick, east-trending sequence of
greenschist facies intermediate to felsic pyroclastic rocks with minor intercalated mafic
metavolcanic and metasedimentary rocks. This sequence is bounded to the north and south by
thick sequences of mafic metavolcanic rocks .
The area lies within the Birch-Uchi Greenstone belt which consists of north trending
volcanic and sedimentary rocks. The greenstone belt is 32 kilometers wide by 84 kilometers long.
INSTRUMENTATION AND WORK DONE
INDUCED POLARIZATION SURVEY
A total of 23.2 kilometers of induced polarization survey was done on the property with
readings taken every 50 meters and 6 levels l to 6 read except over areas where the lines were
short a 25 meter "a" spacing was used. The survey was a time domain pole dipole survey with a
"a" spacing of 50 meters and was read with a Walcer MG-2 motor generator and a Pheonix IPT-1
Model transmitter and a Scintrex IPR-12 receiver. The motor generator and transmitter were
stationary on the end of the line being read and current transmitted through a wire with an
PageS
electrode driven down through the ground for a good contact and then transmitting current to
that electrode from the transmitter by the transmitter man which is contact by radio to the receiver
man. Ahead of the live current electrode is a crew of men driving electrodes in winter and using
porous pots in summer at every station to be read and connected to the pots or electrode by
length of wire from the receiver where the receiver operator picks up the readings in the receiver
with the IPR-12. The data is then downloaded from the receiver at the end of the day to a
computer where the resistivity and chargeability is calculated and plotted using Geosoft software
for the earth sciences in pseudosection maps accompanying this report.
INTERPRETATION
The induced polarization survey detected anomalous areas on portions of the property.
Line 100W a zone at end of at 0+50N.
Line 2+50W 2 zones centered at 0+50N and 3+OOS.
Line 400w, a small zone at 0+50N.
Line 450w 2 zones, O to 200N and O to 300S.
Line 200W a zone centered at 400S.
Line 1200W a 200 meter wide zone centered at 0+50N.
Line 1700W a zone centered at 400S.
Line 1800W a wide zone from O to 1000S.
Line 2200W a zone centered at 400S.
Line 2400W parallel zones centered at O, SOON and SOON, and 400S.

RECOMMENDED EXPLORATION PROGRAM
The following program is recommended to evaluate the property for its potential to host a
precious metal and or base metal deposit.
1. Complete the line cutting as required to provide a control geological, geochemical
and geophysical work.
2. Geochemical sampling over target areas before drilling.
3. Magnetometer and VLF-EM survey.
4. Detailed Induced Polarization.
5. Geological mapping
6. Stripping, trenching and sampling over areas.
As a result of encouraging data obtained from the recently completed geophysics survey
additional exploration on the property is recommended.
