What is Motivation….

Motivation is a term referring to the driving and pulling forces which result in persistent behavior directed toward certain goal

Motivation is a process that starts with a physiological or psychological deficiency or need that activates a behavior or a drive that is aimed at goal or incentives." Fred Luthans (2002)

When we don’t have the drive we are no more goal directed or we are no more motivated in our life.

Incentives

When we achieve the need, it acts as an incentive.

It is fulfilled needs. If a hungry individual receives food, it is incentive to him.
