What is Motivation….
Motivation is a term referring to the driving and pulling forces which result in persistent behavior directed toward certain goal

It is fulfilled needs. If a hungry individual receives food, it is incentive to him.
As we receive the incentive/ fulfill the needs, we get satisfaction.
