A Pâquis Baths, our little Copacabana…!You won’t believe your eyes: just across the water from the Jet d’Eau, you will see the Bains des Pâquis, our beach in the middle of the city! This is where, in summer, Geneva's smart set enjoys the sun and a dip in the lake, or concerts at dawn. In winter, it is the meeting point for a visit to the sauna and the hammam, followed by a massage before joining friends for a fondue. Don’t miss this mythical place!www.bains-des-paquis.ch
C A cruise on the blue waters in the middle of town Cruise the lake in a Mouette, one of those funny yellow taxi-boats which head for landing stages around our beautiful lakeside. The boats are part of the public transport system. Holders of a Geneva Transport Card can use them as often as they like, free of charge. They will be able to admire the Jet d’Eau from different angles.www.mouettesgenevoises.ch

This internationally known Brazilian, the third United Nations’ High Commissioner for Human Rights, was killed in the 2003 UN bombing in Baghdad. You can visit his grave in the Plainpalais cemetery. A bust to honour his memory stands in front of the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights headquarters.
F An extravagant scenic drive around the lake!Treat yourself to a fantastic day behind the wheel of one of the most beautiful cars of the year.
