Expert Project ManagementOur service engineers can either work alone on your project, or alongside your plant engineering staff, to reduce the costs and to enable knowledge transfer. This will be commissioned safely and delivered on time, with minimal disruption to your business.

We will conduct a complete site assessment including access, space and floor loadings. We will then organise delivery and placement of your power system, arranging special lifting and carnage if required. We will take care of all the electrical and mechanical work that is needed.

During the commissioning process our experienced and highly skilled engineers will fully test the complete power protection systems operation to ensure that your system is tuned to provide you with maximum efficiency of your plants operation. Our service engineers will work in accordance with factory issued commissioning procedures and written method statement.

The ProblemYour diesel engine relies on having pure, clean diesel fuel for efficient and reliable running. The ultra-fine tolerances and high fuel injection pressures of today’s diesel fuel systems mean they are extremely sensitive to any fuel quality problems or contamination. Fuel borne contaminants can come in a number of forms and from a variety of sources, but all will cause your engines, generators and pumps to fail.

Sampling & TestingRegular testing of samples is vital to finding out how clean your generators fuel is. We can provide the necessary equipment to carry out tests and send the results off to be analysed. In addition to providing standard tests Dale Power Solutions can also carry out in depth and detailed tests, where required.

Fuel TreatmentIn the event of contaminated fuel being detected our team will work with you to identify the best possible solution for bringing your fuel back into optimum condition. This could involve filtering the entire fuel stock or using fuel additives.

A stock of Diesel Generators, UPS, and Batteries are permanently kept in the event of need for power. Our stock allows us to dispatch your required power needs extremely quickly.

All rental Generators, UPS and Batteries can be installed, commissioned and maintained by our team of engineers if desired. Furthermore load banks are available to hire if you wish to carry out tests. Our engineers are also happy to carry out these tests if you prefer.

Diesel GeneratorsDiesel Generators are available for hire from 7.5kVA-3300kVA and can be paralleled to provide even more power. Our rental range of Generators all come packaged in either ISO containers or weather-proof canopies, complete with the very latest electronic control systems built in.

UPSSingle phase UPS are available from 200VA, and three phase from 10kVA. Complete with a user friendly interface, all of our UPS for hire come packed full of features ranging from eco modes to surge protection.

Load BanksA range of load banks for hire are available from 50Kw – 1.5Mw and can come mobile or static depending on test requirements. All load banks come complete with everything required to carry out load tests including cables.
