Hot water boilersTHERMIC has more than600 references of hot waterboilers in Europe. Theseboilers are usually installedon turn-key basis and arewatertubes.

Two very different designs of steam boilers exist.

Based on the specific client technical needs (energy source, pressure, temperature, ramp rate, …) andfinancial characteristics (apex, opex,…) Thermic provides its clients with fire-tube, water-tube and/or hybridboilers.

The main flue gases used are the ones from industrial processes, gas turbines, etc. These boilers are oftenreferred to as HRSG – Heat Recuperation Steam Generation boilers. The steam boilers behind gas turbinegases in cogeneration units are also called CHP boilers. Thermic realized more than 25 of such CHP boilers.

The main waste energy source used is municipal waste. Other waste sources are industrial waste andhazardous waste.

On export markets we work withlocal specialized workshopsacting as our licensees.

The main renewable energy source used today are, amongst others, biomass and biogas.

The following types of biomass fuelscan be distinguished:

Other heat exchange solutions suchas gas/gas heat exchangers (air pre-heaters) and dryers can also be usedseparately or in combination withsteam boilers or other energytransformation processes. Thermic’sstrength is to comply each time toour client’s very customized andcomplex requests.
